Unethical Repair Service - Bad - Bad - Bad !!!

Immke was paid for two warranty issues on my 05 Odyssey.. neither problem was fixed...the staff demanded to be paid again to fix their failed attempt.... I complained to the Service Manager to no avail. UNETHICAL !!!! .....Use their service at your own peril..
