Chris Havey took care of everything for me, as usual. I depend on him for everything and trust him completely. I had a little scrape on my two year old Lexus and Chris arranged to take it to Dent Magic. He provided a loaner for me. He is the greatest. Makes me feel like family. And Patrick who greets me when I come in is such a nice person. I look forward to seeing him. This kind of service means a lot to me.

It was quick and efficient. And during a busy working day, they acted professionally and promptly at each step including informing me of new things found after initial inspection and getting my approval in those for service and letting me know immediately once the car is ready for pickup along with the closing time of the showroom. They wasted no time. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Having my vehicle serviced at Germain Lexus of Dublin is always a pleasant experience. Their loaner program is very convenient, their associates are all very nice, and the work is performed in a timely fashion at fair prices. Their sales team sold me on the dealership and their service team locked me in as a repeat customer. My wife will soon be needing a new SUV, which we will buy from Germain Lexus, and my next vehicle will also be a new Lexus from Germain. They honestly provide the best dealership experience I've ever had.

Repairs to 2000 GS 300

I said yes to the time quote issue, but the reality is I wasn't given a time quote. I arrived at 8:30, as scheduled, but didn't leave until approx. 1:30 pm. My only point is that it would have been good to get a time quote and/or have a salad/sandwich bar for something to eat. I was starving. Just saying...

Mike Swetnam always makes sure we are provided the best possible care. Also, the gentleman (Im sorry I don't know his name) who greats me as I drive into the facility, has, for years, been so kind, polite, helpful, considerate, accommodating.......I can't say enough good things about them both. They are the reason we continue to choose to drive a Lexus.

While I waited for my car in the spacious and comfortable waiting area, students from OSU were doing "car karaoke" with the OSU Drum Major and Eddie George. A very fun addition to my otherwise enjoyable experience. And thanks to Germain for assisting OSU in this way.

Best Service Experience Ever

This is a long overdue review. I bought my 2 Lexus there and have all maintenance work there too. I am satisfied with the service but what makes the service special is the service provided by my advisor Cassy. For someone like me who know nothing about engine, I need someone I trust who can give me advices on what needs to be done and their order of priority. She knows what she is talking about and explains them to me thoroughly and clearly so I can understand them from a layman's standpoint. Unlike other dealerships where you feel that you are being pushed, I never felt this with Cassy. One time my IS won't start and so my instincts told me to go see Cassy right away even without an appointment. I explained my dilemma and she accommodated and helped me right there and then. It turned out that my IS needed a new battery and she helped me with that. My problem solved. To others it may not mean a lot but for a working mom like myself it means so much! I appreciate the customer service Cassy and we like her a lot and the other staff specifically the African-American cashier (I can't recall her name.). I was very pleased that I made an appointment at Germain Lexus of Dublin to have it serviced after 50,000 miles. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My battery was faulty and since I recently purchased a new battery from you I received a new battery. I also asked for the mini detail and my car is running well and nice and clean.

130000 mile maintenance

The tech found a worn engine mount. He was able to fix it in reasonable time. He also suggested cleaning the cabin air system. He said there was plenty of dust in it. I noticed the fan runs quieter now.
