Always rock solid
by CP on 04/10/2025Just had the dealership repair the wheels on my wife’s RX 350 which she accidentally “curbed.”. They scheduled the car in at my convenience and it was done promptly. The dealership does what you ask for and in high quality fashion!Excellent service

Service is super speedy in/out

They quickly checked me in, checked my tires and offered me quote on two tire options, and provided my loaner vehicle. I really… liked the online checklist of all of the things they identified could be done to my vehicle while there for service. it provided me the opportunity to say yes or no, and listed the associated cost. They provided the ability to authorize or not authorize all of the possible repairs. I was advised when dropping off my car that it was possible that it could run into a second day of repair and they wanted to make sure I was OK with that. Communication was super easy by text with Maddyson. She responded very quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions. when I went to pick up my car the next day she took me over to the cashier. They presented me with a full itemized bill for my review and approval and payment. they applied the coupon that I had given them And additionally found a coupon for me for additional $50 off. Thank you Maddyson. after payment, my car was already parked outside and on ready to go. that only took about 10 minutes for pick up. also very impressive and very efficient love this dealership.JoJo, we're delighted to hear about your positive experience with Maddyson and the team at Germain Lexus of Dublin! by Cheddars on 12/13/2024I’ve used Germain Lexus in Dublin, Ohio for all the service on my Lexus. When the car recently had an issue with a shredded tire (hit a pothole in a construction zone), I called German service in the hope that they could help me, knowing… full well that they had a full service schedule for the day even though they had the tire in stock. My regular service rep “Cassie” was not working that day, but “Jeff” kindly filled in and took my call. He was very helpful and courteous, and told me that once the car arrived, they would work me in to get it done as expeditiously as possible. They even suggested a towing company which turned out to be fabulous as far as being timely and very careful with my car! My kudos to Germain Lexus and to Jeff… They offer services on my vehicle that are competitively priced and go out of their way to ensure that I remain a satisfied customer! Highly recommended…Thank you for sharing your experience with Germain Lexus of Dublin! We're delighted to hear that Jeff and the team were able to assist you promptly, even on a busy day. by Joe Long time customer on 08/26/2024I have been going to the Germain dealership for 30 years and have had 5 Lexus’. This was the first time that I had a mechanical problem. The car was brought in for a 65,000 mile check up, I was told my Nx had a leak in the water pump and… the car also had an oil leak but they couldn’t find it. I voiced my concerns and stated I thought it was very unusual to have these problems especially since I have never experienced a problem with a Lexus and it only had 65K miles on it. The service rep told me this is not uncommon and I just must have been lucky in the past. I was also directed to bring the car back in 2-3 weeks to see if they could find the oil leak and was told that it could be very pricey to repair. I think it’s safe to say that this will be my very last Lexus vehicle. The service rep just seemed to care less. So much with 30 years of patronage.Joe, I'm truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. We value long-time customers like you and it's disappointing that we fell short this time. I had a little scrape on my two year old Lexus and Chris arranged to take it to Dent Magic. He provided a loaner for me. He is… the greatest. Makes me feel like family. Their loaner program is very convenient, their associates are all very nice, and the work is performed in a timely fashion at fair prices. Their sales… team sold me on the dealership and their service team locked me in as a repeat customer. My wife will soon be needing a new SUV, which we will buy from Germain Lexus, and my next vehicle will also be a new Lexus from Germain. Repairs to 2000 GS 300
by lovemycar48 on 08/10/2016I said yes to the time quote issue, but the reality is I wasn't given a time quote. I arrived at 8:30, as scheduled, but didn't leave until approx. 1:30 pm. My only point is that it would have been good to get a time quote and/or have a… salad/sandwich bar for something to eat. I was starving. Just saying...We strive for excellent customer service and your satisfaction with each visit. Thank you for your response and we look forward to working with you in the future.
