Jason is by far the most knowledgeable and personable salesperson (in ANY industry) I have ever encountered Germain should base their hiring decisions on how closely the candidate’s… personality matches Jason. This is not something that can be trained. The dealership was absolutely spotless. This includes the women’s bathroom. Weird to say but it smelled noticeably fresh and clean. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, well groomed and genuinely happy. It made me happy to see they have such a diverse staff (although I didn’t see many women). I felt absolutely no pressure to buy and Jason gave my advice on what items to take advantage of to get the best deal for what I wanted. But not in a ‘let me let you in on a little secret’ kind of way. There was no ‘let me go ask my manager’ stuff. He never showed any frustration when I changed my mind or asked a question. It was so refreshing. Thanks Germain for making a woman’s car buying experience great.Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience with us at Germain Mazda East of Columbus! I reached out and asked what we had to do to sell my car and buy another in the same day so I wasn't without a… vehicle. They worked with me and coordinated with the other store to see that both transactions could happen and I drove home in the car I wanted! All the sales and finance reps at this store were very friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. She had our best interest in mind and didn’t try to push us into a vehicle, instead find one… in our budget and had everything we were asking for! On day of purchase we worked with Charles who was very helpful, he wasn’t pushy, helped get us into what vehicle we came for and in our budget.
