This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jason is by far the most knowledgeable and personable salesperson (in ANY industry) I have ever encountered Germain should base their hiring decisions on how closely the candidate’s personality matches Jason. This is not something that can be trained. The dealership was absolutely spotless. This includes the women’s bathroom. Weird to say but it smelled noticeably fresh and clean. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, well groomed and genuinely happy. It made me happy to see they have such a diverse staff (although I didn’t see many women). I felt absolutely no pressure to buy and Jason gave my advice on what items to take advantage of to get the best deal for what I wanted. But not in a ‘let me let you in on a little secret’ kind of way. There was no ‘let me go ask my manager’ stuff. He never showed any frustration when I changed my mind or asked a question. It was so refreshing. Thanks Germain for making a woman’s car buying experience great.
