Terrific customer care by Charles Williams ( not related but should be.) He listened. He showed us Mazda options and answered each question with patience and good humor. Everything he promised, he delivered including my sparkling clean CX-30 under a gigantic white bow! Love their Service Dept. too. Delighted.
