Germain Mazda of Columbus

I found a car I wanted online at their dealership but had already agreed to sell my current one to another Germain store. I reached out and asked what we had to do to sell my car and buy another in the same day so I wasn't without a vehicle. They worked with me and coordinated with the other store to see that both transactions could happen and I drove home in the car I wanted! All the sales and finance reps at this store were very friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. I would not hesitate to go back when I am looking for another car.
