I went in after a month or so of researching different makes and models of cars, and when I finally was ready to commit, Marcus made the process enjoyable. There was no pressure or endless texts/cals/emails, which can hinder a sale. I even shopped around for comparisons and the competitors were relentless to the point I had to block numbers. I knew what I wanted and they had the exact car and could not be happier.
