CHeating in a auto loan finance
If there is a less than one star I would give -* This dealership the finance manager name JEFF BUTLER who processed our auto loan has added application fee without our permission. What kind of [non-permissible content removed] they are hiring. We are very disappointed when I learn that he added application fees We wanted to pay check for all the tax, title and other fees and he added to my auto loan with my permission. Please think before you go to this dealership. Their financial manager JEFF BUTLER is a [non-permissible content removed].
Service center non responsive and insensitive
My car battery died (it was a new car). It was a night mare getting through to the service personnel; 4 times the phone just kept ringing, no reply. Finally some Lindsay answered. When I told her my problem, she immediately said they dont have roadside assistance and that I should get that on my own. There was no compassion or concern for my situation. I tried one more time afterwards, went to the service manager's voicemail. Extremely insensitive and non responsive. Is this the famous Lexus experience???
I got a letter from this dealership appraising my 09 Acura TL at $22300, so I thought I will go check the ES300h. Their sales manager (who sent me the letter) kept going around on how my Acura is not worth that much ( I checked KBB and trade in for an excellent condition TL is $22000) and that there are several cars on the market for that price. I figured out at the end that this was merely a sales tech to get me in the dealership. Very unprofessional. My experience with this dealership was completely different about years ago when I bought my Lexus RX was very professional back then. Please do not waste people's time in the future by using cheap sales techniques.
