Everyone I encountered at Performance Lexus at the Kings Auto Mall was genuinely friendly and helpful. I could tell they love the Lexus brand. They helped me to compare and contrast different models and align them to my preferences, without any pressure to purchase. So, I purchased. .I didn't feel as though I was in a dealership. I know that sounds strange.
