Performance Lexus Made Purchasing a Car Fun

onEveryone I encountered at Performance Lexus at the Kings Auto Mall was genuinely friendly and helpful. I could tell they love the Lexus brand. They helped me to compare and contrast different models and align them to my preferences, without any pressure to purchase. So, I purchased. .I didn't feel as though I was in a dealership. I know that sounds strange.

onI went in recently for a mileage factory service and worked with Tim. He is such a pleasant and honest guy. I knew the advice he was giving me was genuine and in my best interest. Definitely work with Tim!

onRick is a trusted acquaintance, so when my husband nagged me about getting a car, I already knew what I wanted and where to go... Performance Lecus! He took care of us like we were family- and it's so rare nowadays, I had to kvell to everyone I know. For your next car purchase, RUN- not walk to Performance Lexus and ask for Rick. If financing is what you need, Jeff Butler is the man with the plan!!! I am truly Experiencing Amazing in the Pursiut of Perfection!

onCustomer-oriented General Manager JR, Service Manager Tom, Service Advisor Phyllis, assigned mechanic and technology expert Carson! Had a 5105 mile service with oil, filter, tire rotation, 21 point inspection, video showing vehicle on rack with mechanic showing vehicle’s undercarriage and describing work performed, pairing of phone with vehicle Bluetooth and wash. Vehicle looks and runs like the day I bought it new. Price of service was very competitive especially with benefit of a coupon. Waited approximately one and one half hours while service was accomplished. Great customer lounge! Highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service of a vehicle. Always a very satisfying experience to deal with Performance Lexus of Cincinnati!

CHeating in a auto loan finance

onIf there is a less than one star I would give -* This dealership the finance manager name JEFF BUTLER who processed our auto loan has added application fee without our permission. What kind of [non-permissible content removed] they are hiring. We are very disappointed when I learn that he added application fees We wanted to pay check for all the tax, title and other fees and he added to my auto loan with my permission. Please think before you go to this dealership. Their financial manager JEFF BUTLER is a [non-permissible content removed].

Service center non responsive and insensitive

onMy car battery died (it was a new car). It was a night mare getting through to the service personnel; 4 times the phone just kept ringing, no reply. Finally some Lindsay answered. When I told her my problem, she immediately said they dont have roadside assistance and that I should get that on my own. There was no compassion or concern for my situation. I tried one more time afterwards, went to the service manager's voicemail. Extremely insensitive and non responsive. Is this the famous Lexus experience???

Unprofessional

onI got a letter from this dealership appraising my 09 Acura TL at $22300, so I thought I will go check the ES300h. Their sales manager (who sent me the letter) kept going around on how my Acura is not worth that much ( I checked KBB and trade in for an excellent condition TL is $22000) and that there are several cars on the market for that price. I figured out at the end that this was merely a sales tech to get me in the dealership. Very unprofessional. My experience with this dealership was completely different about years ago when I bought my Lexus RX was very professional back then. Please do not waste people's time in the future by using cheap sales techniques.
