Only 1 fob--Cmon Performance Lexus

Bought a 2024 RX350h; only after paying for the car, signing all the paperwork, and finishing a basic review of the car's features did we learn we would only get one fob and would have to wait one to two months for a second fob. Pretty low handed. Expected much better. After nearly 3 weeks still no fob. We acted in good faith and upheld our end of the bargain.

Been 39 days---still no fob and still haven't heard from Ralph Sells - General Sales Manager or J.R. Hage - General Manager.
