    As a young person, buying a car is extremely daunting. Doing something that requires a financial commitment for years to come is nerve racking. Andrew Thornberry and Ken Wallace made the decision easy. They were very willing to talk to me,… and not pressuring at all. They were willing to let me test drive as much as I needed to, and dealt with my terrible skills at driving a 6 speed without batting an eye. They were willing to answer all of my questions, of which I had many. They made sure I bought what I wanted, and didn't spend any more than I had to in that process. While it will be years before I buy another car, Wyler will be the first place I go when I decide to.

    Thanks to josh from used cars o was able to make my wife mothers day by getting her the van she deserves I couldn't b not happy with my experience and great customer asst. I plan to so my cat bus so was with no one other than Josh the… internet sales manager. I lookcfoward to fine myself new car in the very near future.

    Sold me a Rouge 5 months ago, told me I could only afford the base model. Then I find out after the purchase that they had to add on an extended warranty to make the car more expensive to get approved. Jeff Wyler never asked me if it was… okay. They could have just sold me a car that was more expensive, had more options etc. now im stuck with a base model car. and extended warranty they refuse to pay for even though I have a BBB claim that has them admitting to fault in writing. Also I find out im $16000.00 over in negative equity my vehicle is now 50% of what it was worth and it only has 6,000 miles on it.

    Brought my other Challenger in for an airbag recall and had some time to spend. I was walking around outside when a polite young gentleman named Austin Herd asked me about a shirt I was wearing and a conversation ensued. We had similar… interests despite my being 30 years older, lol. We began to talk about Challengers and although I wasn't interested in trading in my Challenger for a new one it seemed like a good idea at the time to test drive a new Scat Pack RT! I was astounded by the power and grace of the vehicle and the features on the car that I returned the next day with my lovely wife to see for herself. If she wasn't on board there would be no deal!! Austin worked with us and provided outstanding customer service to us. I don't think we would have bought the car if we were working with anyone else. Austin and The Jeff Wyler Dodge team came through and we drove away in a new 2016 Dodge Challenger RT Scat Pack with Shaker Hood!!! Austin was great and I would send my friends and family to him for their next new car purchase. The only thing I would ask the dealer to improve on is the wait time. They were busy that day but having to spend more than 4 hours waiting is not how I want to spend my Saturday.

    I would not recommend anyone buy a car from Jeff Wyler. This company continues to send fake advertisements promising to offer trade in values over the blue book value, fake contest flyers showing you're a winner but buried in the details is… that you have to come in and match a confirmation number and guess what your not a winner. Their new tacit at lying is to use a marketing company to mass spam email boxes that inserts your name and current auto into what looks like a email passed back and forth from the sales manager and a salesmen about how they are having difficulty getting used cars so the sales manager instructs the salesman to contact the email recipient implying a personal request to offer a large amount due to their need. The email is 100% fake and there is no special offer. It's just semi-personalized spam aimed at a generating a sales lead. My real beef with Jeff Wyler is the constant reliance on deception and lies for generating sales leads. That tried to cheat me bad once on one of these fake deals. Do yourself a favor and use a dealer with some honest integrity. This week they have been cold calling my phone, texting me, and sending deceptive emails. I really wish they would stop.

    We were told exactly what to expect and that is what we got except they threw in a battery (that we expected to buy ourselves) for free. I waited a while before writing this just to be sure the car didn't run smothly for just a short… period of time but it is still running great.
  • Intentional Deception Topped with Sound Financial Advice

    Yesterday my fiancé and I went to Jeff Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet to look at a new lease for her. She test drove a couple Chevy Equinoxes but wasn't thrilled with the interiors of the low and mid range packages. Our salesmen Matthew Geraci… asked her to drive the premium package despite us telling him that it was way out of her range of about $300/month for a lease. After continuing to stall us from leaving he brought out a piece of paper stating $300-315 she would buy it and had her sign. I continued to tell him that I knew there was no way to do this price on a $37000 car with mo money down and we shouldnt waste our time. Matthew kept assuring me that we would get there. We are then ready to leave for the day and he comes back wither the keys for my fiancé telling us to take it to pick up our dog from the groomer and come back after. Once again I resist knowing that the intent is to make her fall in love with the vehicle. He says to us if management didn't intend to get in that $300-315 range, they wouldn't hand over the keys. My fiancé wants to do it so we take the car for an hour. When we return, Matthew comes out and says they can't make it work with that car and to look at the ones my fiancé had already expressed she had no interest in. She politely declined. Matthew then showed us there final offer of 386/month. Between $86 and $71 more than what he lead us to believe he thought we could get to. So as expected my fiancé was super disappointed because as Matthew intended she fell in love with the car, while they never intended to come close to meeting her budget. He then brings out the sales manager who says they can't do any better and goes on to ask my fiancé why she can't just scrape up an extra 50 dollars per month. Reckless financial advice if you ask me. At this point we left and will be leasing elsewhere. While we realize her budget wasn't realistic for this vehicle, I'm mostly upset that the salesmen, Matthew Geraci continued to say it was every time I said there was no way he could get it to her cap of $300/month and wasted hours of our day and left her disappointed. I would've given 1 star but at least he didn't spit in her face. Also, Matthew seemed like a nice guy before he started trying to jerk us around. It's totally possible that it is just his sales manager that pushed him to be dishonest.

  • After sale responsibility is really bad.

    Sale service was really good. They gave a good deal. But after sale responsibility is really bad. My car was missing the front license plate bracket and since the dealership was far away, I was told to get that affixed from the nearest… Nissan Dealer instead of driving over and send them the receipt for reimbursement. It has now been over two months I have been following up on the reimbursement every week and every time I am told that cheque has been disbursed and I would be receiving that by the end of Week !!!

    Tony Steigert was an amazing salesman. Very fair in negotiating and very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in buying. I was actually leaning toward a Ford until I met Tony and he switched my perspective to a Nissan Murano… which I absolutely love!!!

    An Ice storm totaled my 4 mo old 2016 CX9 with under 8K miles. It saved my life but the car was totaled. No doubt I wanted to replace with the same safe car which feels and drives like a super luxury SUV. I wanted Red again. It is very… hard to find. I asked for quotes from Edmunds online and received replacement quotes from all the area dealers. Jeff Wyler was the lowest but is about 30 miles away. We check out Jake Sweeney who is less than 2 miles from our house. Meanwhile Spencer Greene from Wyler continued to communicate via email (at my request). Jake Sweeney said Wyler's quote was not accurate as it was way lower than what they could do. they aid it was a trick to get us in the showroom. I communicated by phone with Spenser and the quote was accurate and lowest in town. No trick at all! Spencer could find a Red replacement car for me so we drove the 30 miles the next day and bought a car. Spencer has a very happy disposition making this purchase so much better than just buying a car. He listened to what our needs were, and was able to fulfill them - including finding a hard to find Red CX9 Grand Touring and keeping our car payments the same as pre-accident! Spencer also went above and beyond helping us get our rental car returned thus making our insurance company very happy. Spencer was not typical - he was joyful and his relaxed demeanor made us feel comfortable - not just a pretty face, he really delivered on the price and the car! A nice added touch was the presentation of the car wrapped in a big bow. We will be loyal Jeff Wyler customers! I recall the slogan "Jeff Wyler, We're Cheaper in the Country" I now can attest to the truth of this. Worth the drive - ask for Spencer!
