After sale responsibility is really bad.

onSale service was really good. They gave a good deal. But after sale responsibility is really bad. My car was missing the front license plate bracket and since the dealership was far away, I was told to get that affixed from the nearest Nissan Dealer instead of driving over and send them the receipt for reimbursement. It has now been over two months I have been following up on the reimbursement every week and every time I am told that cheque has been disbursed and I would be receiving that by the end of Week !!!
