    I paid for a 6 year/60,000 mile oil changes tire rotation service when I bought my car my car is neither 6 years old or have 60,000 miles and they said I am out of oil changes and had to pay I also had to replace a part in my gearshifter which had been replaced before and happens to be under recall which was replaced before free of charge because of the recall I was robbed on this trip next car I get will not come from here I will take my hard earned money else where

  • Worst Dealership I've ever delt with

    I've purchased many new cars over my years with several new car dealerships and this dealership is by far, the absolute worst dealership I have ever delt with. Based on the "Cheverolet.Com" build website advertised dealership discount sales price, I had driven to Victory Chevrolet approx. 85 miles. When arranging the deal, an additional fee of $1,699.00 for Window Tint, Door Edge Guards, two additional Oil Changes, a Road Side assistance program (which soon after denied a claim submitted by Discount Tire when an irrepairable nail penetration occurred at the front left tire, their response was “We don’t cover tires”) and other petty add on items was sprung on my bill. However, not surprisingly, all supporting proof of these additional benefits were omitted from my packet. Then while closing the deal, an office admin fee of $899.50 was added to my bill. And of course the BIG LIE, ... I was told that unless I financed through Victory Chevrolet I would not be eligible for the "Rebates" (Consumer Cash Back ($3,250.00), nor the Trade Allowance ($2,250.00), ($5,500.00 combined). All of my credit scores were above 825, yet I was forced to finance at a higher rate ("Dealer/Indirect Loan") at 5.74% for 60 months vs my prearranged financing arrangement that I had for %4.74 (60mths). The false advertising by Victory Chevrolet & Chevrolet.Com, the lies, and the manipulations were exceedingly underhanded. I purchase a new vehicle about every other year. My advice to anyone purchasing a car would be to STAY AWAY from Victory Chevrolet, and do NOT trust the Chevrolet.Com website advertisements. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!

    This is the 7th car I bought from victory same salesman same finance man that says a lot for this company no pressure listen to your desires in a car I am very pleased with Victory Chevrolet

  • Damage my oil pan plug and then want to charge me to fix it

    I was told the threads on my oil pan plug work damaged and they're the only ones that's changed all the last four times and before them it was another Chevrolet company they've been doing it for years they got bought out so that's why I was coming to them and now they want to charge me to fix what they damaged because if they hadn't damaged it they would have noticed it the first three times they changed all the threats were damaged

    This was the best experience purchasing a new car that I have ever had. Curtis Smith', my salesman was very knowledgeable and met my every need. The finance department was also a great experience and Sammi was great to work with. Will definitely purchase vehicles from them in the future.

    Customer service is absent at this location, someone made a mistake with The paper work and now I have to be the one to fix it and use my personal time for an employee at this location who was careless. And all I hear is “we understand your frustration” not you don’t. If I knew that my experience was going to be like this I would of gone to another dealership!!!

    I feel that our time was wasted in hopes that I would purchase a vehicle I didn't want or couldn't afford. Don't waste peoples time by telling them you can help them but you know you're not going to based off their situation.

    The 'workmanship' on my 2500 HD was so poor I had to have the vehicle towed to another dealership where I had to pay $267 to have the work corrected - GM does not allow a dealership to charge poor workmanship from another dealership to warranty. The bill from the next dealership (City Chevrolet) clearly states replaced missing bolts from cross member, transmission and torque converter. Also replaced right axle boot that was off. And it took 9 days for a job that is supposed to take 12 hours labor. Two phone calls - left messages for the service manager - and a letter to customer service and the service manager - NO RESPONSE!!!

    Been taking my cars here to be service for over 30 years, purchased my first car here 12-26-16. Buying a car can be so stressful, but not here , I was treated just like family, was given way more options, and it was the best experience I ever had buying a car, Obbie, and Mark, treated me just like i was family, believe me I have been to every chevy deelership within 60 miles, and I wanted to buy here because the service that has been performed on my cars in the past was very satisfying, i would recommend this dealership to anyone , I want to thank the entire family there for all of there help, your hard work is greatly appreciated.   • Good Prices, Rather Poor Showing in Customer Service

    Victory Chevrolet gets top ratings for competitive pricing and great selection. I placed a call to inquire about a vehicle and was greeted with professional yet rather cold salespeople. This is understandable in a high-volume dealership, so that is not a huge deal-breaker. Five Stars. Where Victory Chevrolet loses a star is the communications process. With the internet and email facilitating deal-making in what should be the modern era, the old canard about needing to check with a sales manager and making you wait could theoretically still work. However, I would like to stick with one person, even if a supervisor/manager is included in a CC, so that any questions, clarifications and/or negotiations are wonderfully present in writing and in chronological order. It can be confusing if there are two or more separate threads going on at the same time. Less One Star. Where Victory Chevrolet loses two stars is selling a vehicle to someone else hours after I have agreed to buy it, and I have bought a one-way ticket since I was buying out of state. That is another benefit of having a single person communicating, since I told one person that I would like to make the purchase at 10am, only to get another email at almost 2pm to let me know that the car I agreed to purchase at their price was being test driven by someone else. I got another email at around 4:40pm informing me that the car had been sold. AFTER I had agreed to buy it. AFTER I had offered to wire the full amount of the purchase, registration and taxes a week before I would pick it up. The cherry on top has to be the final email from the Director of Business Development that simply stated “I am sorry for your disappointment.” Kinda reinforces that cold impression I got from an entirely different employee before. I will say that Tiara was great; she was very outgoing, friendly and understanding, and I hope the rest of the sales staff could learn from her example. Less Two Stars. So all in all, Two Stars total, which I think it pretty generous for a dealership that sold the car I thought I had bought and already bought a plane ticket to go and retrieve.

    Recently, I went to the Victory Chevrolet dealership in Mt Holly, NC to look at a used Trailblazer. The salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. However, the next person we talked to was the general manager. The general manager was extremely rude. We couldn't reach an agreement on pricing but there was no reason for him to be so disrespectful to me and my wife. I'm accustomed to getting very good treatment when trading vehicles because my credit rating is so high. This general manager was very offensive. I will never go back to Victory Chevrolet and I will tell everyone I know how rude Mr. Streeve was to me and my wife.

    Salesmen was great. They need to update there building but I can look past that. Cannot beat their deals on Malibu's and Impala's! If you are going to buy one of these, do not go anywhere else.
