Damage my oil pan plug and then want to charge me to fix it

onI was told the threads on my oil pan plug work damaged and they're the only ones that's changed all the last four times and before them it was another Chevrolet company they've been doing it for years they got bought out so that's why I was coming to them and now they want to charge me to fix what they damaged because if they hadn't damaged it they would have noticed it the first three times they changed all the threats were damaged
