Very dissatisfied

onCustomer service is absent at this location, someone made a mistake with The paper work and now I have to be the one to fix it and use my personal time for an employee at this location who was careless. And all I hear is “we understand your frustration” not you don’t. If I knew that my experience was going to be like this I would of gone to another dealership!!!
