Incompetent Service Technician

onThe 'workmanship' on my 2500 HD was so poor I had to have the vehicle towed to another dealership where I had to pay $267 to have the work corrected - GM does not allow a dealership to charge poor workmanship from another dealership to warranty. The bill from the next dealership (City Chevrolet) clearly states replaced missing bolts from cross member, transmission and torque converter. Also replaced right axle boot that was off. And it took 9 days for a job that is supposed to take 12 hours labor. Two phone calls - left messages for the service manager - and a letter to customer service and the service manager - NO RESPONSE!!!
