Still great service after twenty years

My sales representative was Cedric Saab who met all my request and questions, anyone trying to purchase a vehicle regardless of what it is, truck/car/van..… ask for Cedric Saab . Bill Boland helped me buy what I wanted
by Liz D on 02/08/2020Couple of things that helped me: (1) I had an idea of which car I wanted, down to basically two models. (2) I did the online car bid stuff — I was worried about spam, but TOTALLY worth it. I think I used TrueCar, but I’m guessing they’re… all the same. (3) I called ahead and made an appointment, so I would get to talk to someone who knew about the car I wanted. (Oddly, not Lia, but they were geographically similar.) Having said all that, I have to credit Bill Boland: he listened to me, helped me stay true to my original goals, and didn’t pressure or BS me. I think I got the car at a fair price and I really like it.Liz, Thank you for taking the time to share this excellent feedback! We are overjoyed that Bill could provide you with the perfect vehicle, deal, and overall experience! Excellent Car Buying Experience

This is the fourth new vehicle I have purchased there and all of their staff in both… sales and service have always treated me with courtesy, professionalism and respect. My current sale was handled through salesman Brent Livingston who was cordial, knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. He also did an excellent job of setting up my new vehicle for me and in explaining all the new features and went the extra mile in taking his time to ensure that I understood everything from safety to driving to the comfort and entertainment features that my new Toyota provides. Just as importantly, I was totally impressed with the exceptional courtesy and fairness provided by the Vehicle Exchange Manager Ms. Allison Ancowitz, who assisted in ensuring that I received a very fair price on my previous Toyota that I traded in as part of my sale. Emailed Jason Stores, who had sold me my RAV, on a Sunday wondering if he was still with Toyota and… if he’d be around that afternoon. He emailed me back and let me know he would be available to meet with me. Looked at a few options, gave me his advice... put the money down right then and there on a 2016 Highlander that hit our price point. Picked up my new car the next night! If you want a no BS, no nonsense approach with a straight shooting, super nice salesperson, Jason is your guy!!
