I recently purchased a 2019 Rav4 from Brian Grady at Lia Toyota of Colonie. The experience with Brian was exceptional. He was very informative, professional, friendly and very available to make sure every need was met. He helped negotiate a great finance rating, ensured all was taken care of, delivery of vehicle on time and he took care of ALL DMV/plate transfers. I was very pleased with my experience, especially with Brian's service. Would 100% recommend working with Brian Grady @ Lia of Colonie.
