Bill Boland helped me buy what I wanted

Couple of things that helped me: (1) I had an idea of which car I wanted, down to basically two models. (2) I did the online car bid stuff — I was worried about spam, but TOTALLY worth it. I think I used TrueCar, but I’m guessing they’re all the same. (3) I called ahead and made an appointment, so I would get to talk to someone who knew about the car I wanted. (Oddly, not Lia, but they were geographically similar.) Having said all that, I have to credit Bill Boland: he listened to me, helped me stay true to my original goals, and didn’t pressure or BS me. I think I got the car at a fair price and I really like it.
