I purchased a new 2020 Toyota Tundra from Lia Toyota this week and am thrilled with my new vehicle and the positive sales experience at this dealership. This is the fourth new vehicle I have purchased there and all of their staff in both sales and service have always treated me with courtesy, professionalism and respect. My current sale was handled through salesman Brent Livingston who was cordial, knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. He also did an excellent job of setting up my new vehicle for me and in explaining all the new features and went the extra mile in taking his time to ensure that I understood everything from safety to driving to the comfort and entertainment features that my new Toyota provides. Just as importantly, I was totally impressed with the exceptional courtesy and fairness provided by the Vehicle Exchange Manager Ms. Allison Ancowitz, who assisted in ensuring that I received a very fair price on my previous Toyota that I traded in as part of my sale.
