    Buying a new vehicle can be a little nerve racking, but Marcel put me at ease from the very start. Throughout the process I never felt rushed or pressured and Marcel listened to every one of my concerns. He made the dreaded process of negotiating quick and painless. I was very adamant about the color being titanium. When it almost seemed like titanium would not be available, he made a promise that he would get me something even better if I was willing to choose another color and he did just that. Marcel went above and beyond and everyway possible in order to make sure I was happy with my new car. Not only did he try calling every Kia possible and even was willing to drive 3 hours away to just to get the color I wanted. He delivered a MUCH better car then I had picked out, he really kept to his promise. He also accommodated me by staying after his work hours when he had a prior personal engament to make sure I was able to pick up my car. Marcel is a superb salesperson. He is professional, knowledgably, trustworthy, funny and a great person to deal with. The final price was exactly as negotiated and there were no last-minute surprises. He is the prime example of a good sales person. If you are looking for a new Kia I would highly recommend Marcel. You will not be disappointed.

    This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel that they were a typical dealer. The management was great, everyone was organized and Anthony, who was the salesman I had was the absolute best. He fough for me, was friendly, awesome to talk with, realistic and honestly cared about my needs. I would fully recommend generation Kia to anyone. Ask for Anthony as your salesman. You will have a great experience!

    Buying a car is probably the most nerve racking experience a young college student like myself can go through but with the help of David Pigate and his friendly and amiable demeanor and entertaining stories soothed my deepest fears and made my car shopping anxiety disappear.

    Derek in sales was so very knowledgable and wonderful to deal with.He greeted me at door and helped with getting me a great deal.This is my third Kia optima with Generation Kia in Bohemia and was not only very happy with my salesperson but also with their service dept.in the past

    David Pigate of Generation Kia was absolutely beyond delightful. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and he walked me through each and every step with ease. I was so anxious and frightened because this was something new and extremely different from my typical car shopping experiences and David created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere for me. Thanks to David I'm now driving off with a brand new car and a brand new lease on life.

    Recently my bf and I decided to go check out the kia optima. We've been browsing for the last 3 weeks but as soon as we walked into generation kia I know we finally found the right car. Mainly Bc of our saleman. Jason O. He was extremely polite and super knowledgable. Made us both feel very comfortable and wasn't your typical pushy car saleman. We are very happy and pleased. Def won't be the last time we get a car from him!

    I recently bought an Optima from Revolution Kia and I am very happy.My sales person was Zachary Pollack and he was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first car. Zachary showed me all my options and was very patient. I will definitely recommend Revolution Kia and Zachary to anyone looking to purchase a car.

    Let me start by saying this was one of my most pleasant car buying experiences even after a major problem had occurred. First off, our salesman, Gerard, and his sales manager, Steve, were gentleman during this entire process. After the normal back and forth of negotiations on the price, my wife, Linda, and I were able to purchase a 2015 Kia Sedona SX. We took delivery of the vehicle on a Friday afternoon. The delivery went flawless without any surprises with the price or the paperwork and no high pressure attempts to get us to purchase more than what we had agreed on. After all the normal thank you's and good lucks, we drove the Kia to our home and marked it in the driveway. Once we arrived home, we observed a major flaw in the vehicle. I immediately call Gerard at the dealership and told him that we were on the way back to the dealership to show them the problem. I was extremely surprised when Steve saw the problem and immediately apologized that we received the vehicle in that condition. Gerard echoed the sentiments. And then, without skipping a beat, Steve said that they would replace the minivan with another one. He added that we should drive the current vehicle until the replacement was obtained. Gerard stated he would immediately start working on finding the replacement. That evening, I received a call from Gerard who informed me that they were still working on getting the replacement vehicle and it would be Monday before the exchange could be accomplished. He said to continue to use the initial vehicle during the weekend. On Sunday, Gerard called me and stated they had obtained the replacement vehicle and it would be ready for pick up on Monday. My wife and I went to the dealership on Monday and, after signing the replacement paperwork, took delivery of a beautiful 2015 Kia Sedona….this one is a keeper. We cannot praise Generation Kia, Gerard, and Steve enough for their handwork and dedication in making sure this deal went through with the minimum amount of aggravation. Their immediate response to our problem and their efforts to rectify the situation is commendable. They always maintained communications and kept us appraised of what was occurring. We strongly encourage anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to shop at Generation Kia before going anywhere else.

    This is a ripoff place, yes you get the Edmunds price but you're going to get free item added in that you have to pay for. They steal your rebate to pay for the free things you get with the car.

    very unprofessional would not let them sell me a used bike very bad experience all they wanted was 500 dollars to show me cars do not go to this place

    I am writing this review to tell everyone about my experience with Generation Kia. I will start by first saying that Joe J. is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He worked with me for about three days getting me into the car i wanted. This is my second dealing with this dealer and they are great. The real reason for this review concerns the owner, Mr Joe C. I had an issue not with the dealership, but Kia Corporate. I contacted the dealership, who by the way went over and above to help me, and got back to me when they said they would. When they couldn't resolve it at their level, I saw a phone number with a sign next to it that stated if your not satisfied call this number. Well I called and within a few hours The owner of. Kia Big. Three called me himself. He worked the issue to my satisfaction and has won my business for life. He is truly a great owner who cares about his customers

    The worst repair service I have ever received. The service Manager Mr Danny Bautista is very unprofessional. His main objective is to make money not to satisfy the customer. The issue I brought my car in for service, was not fixed $410.00 later. They apparently cannot service every make of car because they had to bring in an outside repair person to diagnose the problem with my car and still where unable to repair the problem.

    Contacted Generation pre-owned located on Sunrise Hywy. That dealership is partners with this dealership. Made an appointment with Nick about an advertised Kia Soul on Cars.com. and Edmunds. Showed a 2012 white base with 15000 miles for 13400. I was told the car is there and it is still available. I made an appointment for later that day. Drove 35 miles to this dealership at 37 North service road, Patchogue. They stated that we cant find the car and it was probably at another lot. Rode there with Joe(salesman). At dealership lot on Rt112, he couldn't find the car and went inside to make phone calls(not sure if this was true). Came out and said we can't find the car, but we can get you another one by tomorrow, but it might not be for the same price and mileage. I told him it took us 45 minutes to travel to his dealership and told him I was not happy. Drove back to original dealership and spoke with Used car manager Bill, voiced our displeasure, but he didn't seem too interested in our complaint. He stated ,"Oh, it was sold last night". I asked him why did the appointment manager say it was available when called earlier that day. He said he cant answer for his employees and Nick is gone for the day. For his last response, he yelled at us when we told him we didn't want to buy a different car, and he stated, "Then why did you come down here for!" Upon leaving, I told him "this is not the way you treat potential customers, and I will not be buying a car from them. I did contact the Kia Consumer Affairs office to lodge a complaint, and found out that I couldn't as their pre-owned dealership IS NOT an authorized Kia dealership and are only a used car dealership. I do not recommend this dealership, nor do I recommend their salespeople including their management team. I do not trust an establishment that offers a good deal, but when you get there, cant seem to find the original product. They will, of coarse, sell you something else, but usually, for more money. Seems to be more of a bait and switch policy. By the way, two weeks later, the same car with the same numbers, is still listed on line, but the price was changed to "NOT PRICED". I would not trust this dealership AT ALL.....

    Don't honor any off their sales. Lowest trade in offer by $2000 of any dealer . Ad said will take $4000 of price with trade in. Woudn't do it. Refused even to give price of car only wanted to give monthly payment. Bought a kia there when it was Stevens Kia What a difference. Don't know what happened.

    This is the best Internet Dept and Dealership that I ever dealt with, Thanks to Mike and his manager Rich and Ray my salesman, I am driving a new Optima EX for a lot less then it would have cost me to drive a used one. I started out looking for a used Optima, I rented one in Florida for a week and I fell in love with it. I never thought that I could afford a new one... When we worked out the payments on a used 2012 Optima it was too much and I had to give up my dream of owning an Optima. I just couldn't afford the monthly payment and I only had $1000 to put down and my junker trade...The payment was over $400 per month, I just couldn't swing it. I was driving my junker home and was very depressed, When my cell phone rang and it was Mike telling me that his manager Rich P. wanted to speak with me, That he worked out a great deal for me on a New 2013 Optima EX and it was in my price range. He promised me that if I came right back he would guarantee me that I would drive home today in a NEW OPTIMA for under $300 per month! You will never guess what I did, Right!, I turned around to see what games they were going to play with me when I returned. But at that point I was depressed and had nothing to loose. When I got to the showroom Ray and his Internet Manager Rich were waiting for me with My new Optima ready for a test drive. Of course I fell in love with it right away. Now I'm thinking, They want me to fall in love with this car and then they will clobber me with the real price. When I got back to the dealership I sat with Rich the Internet manager, He explained to me that if I leased this car he could get my payment under $300 per month. I told him that I really did not want to lease, I wanted to own the car. But after he explained to me again the benefits of leasing, it made a lot of sense. I could get a new car every 3 years or I could buy my own car at the end of the lease and I would still get the complete 10 yr 100,000 mile warrantee, because I was the original owner. It made a lot of sense and I am now the proud owner of a New 2013 Optima EX Thanks to Generation Kia and their great Crew... Don't even waste your time at any other dealership other than Generation Kia... Thanks a whole bunch guy's... One Happy Guy, Joe P

    Went to the dealership looking to buy a car if the price was right. I told them what I was looking for as the price of the vehicle and what financing terms I wanted. I also told them how I wanted to trade in a vehicle I had coming off lease because I was extremely over miles and had a good left quarter panel dent and many other wear items I was going to be hammered with. I had a very good idea on how much the vehicle was worth and the dealership came back with a trade in value in line with what I was expecting. This was one of the smoothest car transactions I ever had, and I purchased 8 new vehicles prior. I told them, I will be upfront with you, you just need to be upfront with me and we can make a deal, and that's exactly what they delivered. No pressure no back and forth to the "desk" I would recommend my specific salesman any day, because I do know how some other salesmen are a bit more aggressive for their commissions even at the same dealership. Your intimidation factor is also variable if you go into a dealership with out any information at all and make a purchase out of excitement vs a level head. Go armed with information and a solid understanding of the available financing and rebates. Know a price you should be in prior to even visiting the dealership for a specific car in the dealers inventory that you want to look at and you will be fine. Outline your research to your salesman and you should be good to go. Always ask for for all the numbers that are involved in the deal so everything is transparent. The dealership offers a free 1000 mile checkup as well as your first oil change for free to get you acquainted with the service department. Their oil change price is reasonable and competitive with your local jiffy lube. I was introduced to the 2 service advisers and given their business cards and scheduled my 1000 mile checkup. I was not hassled for any warranties or service department addons in the financing department which was a very pleasant surprise. I was in and out of the financing chair in literary 5 minutes. How great is that! Purchasing a car should be this pleasant all the time and I will be sure to visit their showroom again when I'm looking for any other transportation in the future.

    Misinformed about options and available colors at first until I dealt with Dwayne who delivered on my choices. Informative in description of features and opperation of said devices. One deviation in the paperwork reguarding mileage, Veh. odometer read 170mi. while sales paperwork stated 30mi.
