Dealership Service Review
I am writing this review to tell everyone about my experience with Generation Kia. I will start by first saying that Joe J. is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He worked with me for about three days getting me into the car i wanted. This is my second dealing with this dealer and they are great. The real reason for this review concerns the owner, Mr Joe C. I had an issue not with the dealership, but Kia Corporate. I contacted the dealership, who by the way went over and above to help me, and got back to me when they said they would. When they couldn't resolve it at their level, I saw a phone number with a sign next to it that stated if your not satisfied call this number. Well I called and within a few hours The owner of. Kia Big. Three called me himself. He worked the issue to my satisfaction and has won my business for life. He is truly a great owner who cares about his customers
