If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

Very Professional Sales Experience

I am the Sales Manager for my company and can appreciate a professional and quick experience when it comes to sales. Our salesperson Omar Ammar was to the point and… very laid back when dealing with us. He listened and was very knowledgable. I would reccomend going to Paramus Honda to buy your next Car.Very pleasant experience, would come back again
by forress on 09/10/2008My wife and I are from Brooklyn, but we decided to travel to Paramus Honda because of all the good reviews we saw here and on other websites. We didn't even bother going to the Honda dealers in Brooklyn from all the bad publicity and word… of mouth from friends. We are glad we bought our 2009 Honda Fit from DCH Paramus. The other Honda dealerships we called and visited wouldn't take our pre-order or wanted to charge above MSRP. Our salesperson Elie was very straightforward and knowledgeable and best of all allowed us to put a $500 deposit down (@ MSRP price) for the first 2009 Fit Sport A/T they were to receive a week later. We were also allowed to test drive the car and if we didn't like it, he'll provide a refund. We test drove it a week later as promised and paid for it at the agreed price, no strings attached. We would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends and family, and would come back again.Nice Sales Process

I originally requested an online quote and was given an immediate response and phone call to follow… up with my request. After doing hours of research on this specific model car, I can say that in comparing 5 other dealerships within the NY/NJ Area, DCH had the best price and friendliest employees. I was wary of car dealerships from the numerous websites I've read about how they try to screw you over and things like that. DCH was the total opposite. Ryan was very friendly and did not pressure me at all. He was very knowledgeable and tried very hard to get me a better value for my trade-in, which was greatly appreciated. There was no pressure to buy which made it one of the best sales experience I ever encountered for any Honda I ever… purchased and I have been driving nothing but Hondas since 1978. No pressure for any additional features. No runaround or attempts to add any additional undisclosed fees such as destination charges or registration fees once contract was drawn up. He was very courteous and friendly from the beginning, always kept me updated and always returned my phone calls. He was also very… straightforward and never pressured me into anything. Jeff worked nonstop to get me the best credit rate and got me in my brand new accord coupe very quickly when it was time to do the paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to get into a Honda whether it be new or used. As a DCH employee I know how important customer service is. 2008 Honda Accord sale - excellent service and quality deal
by bmyung on 06/27/2008From beginning to end, the service was impeccable. The staff got me in looking at different cars and getting me good quotes on the car I was leaning towards. They showed me all the options and explained to me what they were. The transaction… was efficient and quick but not pressured. My salesperson, Yuri, gave me his number to contact him whenever I had questions and he always returned calls promptly if he missed them while dealing with another customer. He was very flexible with scheduling when to pick up the car and very efficient in dealing with the MV, insurance and necessary documentation involved. The finance representative was friendly, thorough and informative about the different payment options I had and also what the final lumpsum represented. Even when I came to pick up my car, the manager of DCH Paramus Honda came to welcome me and help me find my salesperson. The car was spotless and in excellent condition before I drove it off. All paperwork was handled well. It was a pleasure to work with them! Maria, the salesperson, and Joe, the Financial Director, were both extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire… process. This was the quickest and smoothest car purchase. The price I received was the price I had been quoted, which was also the best price I had been given from numerous Honda dealers. I wanted the car in a particular color and they located it and secured it for me immediately. Joe also worked out a payment plan that was better than I expected. I have already received a follow-up call to make sure all is ok with the car. I decided to head to DCH because we were treated very badly by 2 other Honda dealers. This was the best experience I… ever had buying a car. They had the exact car I wanted with all the features. I did my homework so I knew what a decent price was for the Odyssey. DCH met that price and the whole transaction was professional and friendly. Our salesman, Elie Kass-elias really made the difference. There was no pressure, just information and a little give and take. Other dealers annoyed the hell out of me regarding my Acura trade-in (one guy snidely remarked that I should try selling used cars after I told him the trade-in value was unacceptable). Elie and DCH was professional about it and worked with me to get a deal done satisfactory to both sides. When my wife and I went to pick up our Odyssey, Elie spent upwards of 40 minutes showing my wife how all the features worked. He even set up our two cell phones with the blue tooth. by blufit on 05/19/2008A car purchase can be a stressful and nerve racking experience. No so at DCH Paramus Honda. Our salesman was Renard Franse. A perfect gentleman. He took his time and made us feel comfortable. This was our first Honda purchase and we liked… him from the very start. The dealership did not "turn us over" when negotiating a price and our talk with the sales manager Moe Rabboh was short and pleasant. The third step in finance with Joe, was just as enjoyable with a straight forward presentation of options that may be added. I really appreciate Honda's easy to understand, low key and sensible option packages. Since we tend to keep our cars for 7 years or more, we opted for the 7 year 80,000 mile extended warranty, which was very reasonable in my opinion.
