If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

I had a Civic I loved but I knew it was time I upgraded especially since I just had a baby and needed the space. Since I had such a wonderful experience the first time I… decided to call Hamad again. He showed me the Honda CRV which worked perfect with my current lifestyle. He explained all the features thoroughly, paired my phone, transferred the insurance and worked really hard at giving me a great deal. What I liked about him which makes him different from other car salesmen I've dealt with in the past, is that he is a good listener and isn't too pushy. He takes great care of his customers and YES I would definitely recommend Hamad Deeb to anyone looking for a new car. You won't be disappointed. After some research, I decided I wanted to go with this year's model of the civic. I worked closely with Hamad Deeb, who… made the entire process as smooth as possible. He showed me the car and explained all its features to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. Hamad also helped me set up the insurance on the vehicle so I could take it home in a timely manner. After the transaction, he took the time to teach me how to operate all the technology inside the vehicle, as well as link up my phone to the car's Andriod Auto feature. I was provided contact information in case I had any questions about the vehicle or if I needed additional help with the infotainment system, and Hamad even called me a few days later to make sure everything was going alright. Overall it was a great buying experience and I would recommend doing business with this dealership.Phenomenal buying experience, Great Customer Services!!!

My wife and I have been waiting for a While Pilot since Feb, and… we had even put the deposit on another dealership. But after a trip to DCHP Paramus Honda, the rep Alberto Cabrera kept me updated on when they would have white pilot and informed me when it came in. I went there, he helped me in trading my leasing vehicle, finishing all the paperworks and showed me on how to use all amenities in the new pilot. This services is just so excellent that I'll definitely come back to buy vehicle from them in the future!! 2 Big Thumbs Up on Alberto and DCH Paramus Honda!!! He did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible and was cognizant of my budget, safety concerns, and ways… to add additional components to my new lease. Although it was a very busy and hectic Saturday, Hamad did everything possible to make the experience pleasant. The no haggle price that we recieved through truecar was true and accurate, we just came to the dealership, chose a car and signed all the documents. No pushing on buying any… additional options was also a plus. Hamad, the salesman, was completely friendly and tried to do his best. A little bit long time for finance approval, but it is how it works. Hope, the service we will need in future, will also be good and professional.Excellent experience

He is very honest and he'll give you the best price you can't even compare… to other dealership. Very patient, honest and knowledgeable. I got a superb deal but the real pleasures were the team -- great job to Ralph Dragon,… Matthew Hunziker and especially Hamad Deeb, who went out of his way to sit and show me how all the new gadgets work on my new car. This is the perfect model of how all dealerships should work. I was stunned at the level of professionalism and friendliness at DCH Honda. Their philosophy seems to be that they are there to find a way to make it all work. Went to a Toyota dealership where the sales representative was nothing but aggressive and pushy, I could easily tell he was after the commission. Then a friend recommended… me to Hamad Deeb. I got there around 6pm and I'm so grateful i did. I'm a newbie with cars and Hamad answered all my questions and did his best to meet my budget as a full-time student and worker. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The next week when I had made a decision to lease a Honda car he even provided me with a ride to the dealership knowing I lacked transportation that week. He helped me shop for car insurance and search for paperwork that would guarantee an approval from the dealership. After almost four hours of his amazing help I was able to drive home with a new car. Hamad was so patient, dedicated and a total gentleman, I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to lease, finance or simply just gather information on a car.The Best

This time I decided to go and see if I can get a better deal at the DCH Honda of Paramus after hearing a few good reviews about the place. I was more than pleasantly… surprised. I was introduced to my sales rep Hamad Deeb, and from there it was nothing but a smooth sail. Hamad provided a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and desire to meet all our needs. At the end of the sale, he went above and beyond, and helped to deliver the car to where we needed it to be. To my surprise, the whole process was nothing but a pleasant experience. My situation was not one that would be considered favorable to lease so I chose the By out option and Alex assisted me every step… of the way. What Alex and DCH Paramus Honda did for me I doubt anyone else would have done. I was able to walk away with the car I leased and an owner financed through Honda and it didnt impact my current situation with them. I literally walked in to just sign paper work and walk out not having to worry about over mileage or taxes, registration or any out pf pocket expenses. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used care or even lease, they will work with you. Alex was super helpful, understanding and as every ones situation is different, honesty is the best policy and they will definitely work with you to meet a comfortable out come. This has been the 2nd car I have ever owned and I thank Alex Bernabe and DHC Paramus Honda for giving me a positive buying experience.Awesome!

I must admit I was nervous about going to a dealership because the last time I purchased a vehicle was 2002. Fortunately I had an awesome sales representative -… Hamad Deeb. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I walked out with my new car, I was at ease and extremely comfortable. Hamad explained everything to me and was patient and informative with all my concerns and questions. Fortunately the model that I wanted arrived on a truck while I was there. After signing on the dotted line, Hamad extensively explained and showed me the cars ins and outs. He showed me a little while test driving, but he took the time to go that extra mile. I didnt feel like I was just rushed into buying a car. I am a tech savvy person in my personal and work life, but not with the new gadgets in these newer cars (again its been 14 years since my last purchase). I definitely would recommend this dealership and I definitely would recommend working with Hamad Deeb.
