The new building was clean and . . . new. I came in ready to buy. Once the sales person realized I was serious and had already done my homework, we got right to the negotiation stage. Their first offer was full MSRP. Then, I asked if they could compete with a competitors eprice garauntee ($4,300 under MSRP). They revised their offer ($2,000 under). I countered with a number that was in my budget. We finally settled in the middle. Tough negotiations, but it helped that I was prepared. I was treated with respect throughout the whole evening. Other than some typos on the paperwork that had to be corrected, it was a quick and straightforward purchase. I would recommend this dealer.
