When we arrived to the dealership right away I knew I was going to go home with the car I wanted. The dealership was very vibrant, filled with many sales associates either already dealing with customers or ready to help the customer(s). We felt welcomed by all especially by our sales associate Dee. Right away he sat us down and ask if we wanted any refreshments. His warm welcoming and sense of humor made us feel very content. He helped us not only pick the right car but also helped us figure out what's best leasing or financing. He took his time in informing us about the benefits of both leasing and financing. My husband and I felt very comfortable with the choice we made especially since Dee informed us of all the facts we needed to know about the car. After all was said and done Dee took us to our brand new car and showed us the gadgets and how to use them. Overall the experience was the best my husband and I have had at any dealership. I highly recommend going to DCH Paramus Honda.
