This was our first time leasing a new car (2016 Honda Pilot) and we were taken care of by Hamad Deeb. Hamad made the entire process quick, easy and smooth. He patiently answered all our rookie questions related to the car and to the lease terms and made us feel secure in our purchase. He even arranged our insurance for us on the day. Then on the day of delivery, Hamad delivered the car to our home and explained all the features to us including the pairing of our phones for hands free use, and even using SIRI on iphone hands free - which, it turns out, is an invaluable feature.
