After calming down and speaking with a sales team leader by the name of Lenny he recommended that I speak with Wael Yunes about my concerns. Once I spoke to Wael I came back to the dealer and Wael made everything right. He fixed the headlights bulbs, replaced windshield wipers, replaced 4 tires and replaced a molding around the windshield that was falling off. I am glad that we were able to come to a common ground because I did buy a great truck which I am very happy with. I got to the dealer at 8pm and the team there did not rush me once by the time everything was signed we left there almost at 11pm. Thank you !
