If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

Martin and manager Jose Hernandez, were patient, noncondescending. They first explored… my driving habits and currents usage plans and my concern for safety features. They showed me several models with detailed presentations, offered test drives. I wanted to really pamper myself, although I don't do all that tech stuff while driving. Mr. Hernandez was supherb. He printed out several detailed payment options with different down payments for me to review at home. Result, I got a Great car, great safety and comfort features at a Great price. From beginning to end I felt I was in trustworthy hands, people who focused on my driving needs, preferences and safety concerns. Also, beautiful customer centered showroom/waiting room, quiet Wi Fi room, children's room,fresh bagels,varieties in coffee, hot chocolate and tea, very clean restroom. Osvandy very patiently walked me through all features of the car and insured that I had it set up per my preferences, repeating all that I needed repeat ed At the end, Mr. Joise Hernandez came and asked if I was completely satisfied.It’s always great to do business at DCH Paramus Honda

The general sales manager, sales consultant and F&I Manager all worked together as a team to ensure that all of… my needs were met. I met Wael Yunes about 6 years ago when purchasing my first vehicle and he is the reason why my family, friends and myself continue to do business with Honda. Abel Fermin was my sales consultant, who I met in my recent visit. Abel listened to my needs and was very helpful throughout the process of leasing a new vehicle. The service provided by John Medrano was exceptionally great when finalizing the deal, as well as answering questions. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service provided by the team and in-love with my new car.It’s always great to do business at DCH Paramus Honda

Leslie Soloman put us at such ease, I felt like I was talking with an old friend. He was genuine, personable and an all around wonderful person… to deal with. Hamad was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the great features about our new Pilot. Past experience had made me very wary and untrusting of car salespeople and I brought that… skepticism into my initial encounter with the Emily Ortiz. But Emily won me over and earned my trust pretty quickly. She helped make car shopping a much less painful experience for me (I don’t imagine car shopping will ever be pleasant) and I purchased the car that day without shopping any other dealerships. Customer satisfaction is the key to earning trust…it’s such a simple concept but it’s somehow lost on so many car sales reps. With Emily though, before and after the sale, I have felt that she is genuinely motivated to ensure that I remain happy with my decision to purchase a new Honda, and I am.Comfortable, Stress Free Experience

Being pregnant, I able super fickle & indecisive. He made the it easy for me to be 100% confident in… my decision. Now we all know when it comes to the paper work & financing, that becomes a long process. Remember, I'm pregnant with 2 younger kids, hyper & cranky, Jennsy & Mike Lee, the finance manager, made it as smooth as possible. Thanks guys, will definitely see you in 3 years.Terrific experience!

I worked with Maria the salesperson who patiently explained the whole process to me and gave me plenty of options. I then got a full tutorial on… the car and how to use all the bells and whistles. But Carlos asked if I had ever considered a Honda. We test drove a Honda CRV Ex and the rest is history. Even my… insurance agent was shocked. Carlos made me feel very at home and with no pressure while at the dealership discussing options and financing. The test drive was the best as Carlos went over all the numerous safety options and innovations within the vehicle. Even after y purchase Carlos and his team contacted me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and if there was anything else I needed. Awesome attention to detail. I also want to mention the outstanding service I received when picking up the new vehicle. I had the pleasure of meeting Weatherly Delrosano; she made sure that all of my vehicle settings were setup, fine tuned and went into detail about the car safety features. She went over the Assisted Crusie Control operation and setup, the Infotainment settings, we even setup three cell phones with the system to make sure we were good to go. Weatherly made sure we knew we knew what how to operate every button and screen app before we left the dealership. Another awesome team member of the DCH Paramus dealership.
