Had a very pleasant experience. Leased an HRV. Management and Sales were great when I had an issue. I picked my car up at night. The next day in the daylight there was a problem with the paint on the car that I did not notice the night before. I was very upset that I just leased this damaged car. Well, Sales and Management couldn't be nicer. They offered to fix it or give me a new car immediately. I left with a new car. I have been driving my HRV for a few days and I love it.
