Ray and Max were both very attentive. I would definitely recommend Infinity of Englewood to a friend.

  • Felt like an old friend

    5 out of 5 starsby BoNice22 on 06/08/2018

I had a great leasing experience at Infiniti of Englewood. From my online inquiry to my trade in valuation to vehicle selection to pricing to delivery. Everything was fair and smooth. Our Sales Director Juliet treated my wife and I like an old friend and it was more of a discussion of what we were looking for in relation to what I was looking to pay and they made it work. Jeff Leibler, GM, was fantastic and made us feel at home, too. When it was time, we also met with the other Managers Nick and Michael so we really felt like we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend going there if you are looking for an Infiniti!

  • [non-permissible content removed] and deceitful

1 out of 5 starsby Radwill on 12/30/2016

I bought a BMW 528 from them i had left a deposit and was due a refund of that deposit after i paid for the car in full cash. 2.5 month later no one will return my calls or even take the time to refund me the money. Just spoke to my lawyer and we are filing a lawsuit in small claims court to get my total deposit plus legal expenses. Just know this is the worst dealer ever. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

  • Worst Experience...

    1 out of 5 starsby EDMUNDS_1777 on 12/20/2016

I leased a new Q50 and traded in my old infiniti. it has now been three months that NMAC threatening to report me to a collection agency because "Infiniti of Englewood" didn't pay my remained balance fully. I visited more than 7 times and each time I am assured that it will be resolved ASAP. But, it is still not paid yet, and it will impacting my credit score soon. The way that "Infiniti of Englewood" has handled this matter has been unacceptable and I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I love Infiniti cars, but I don't think I get anther Infiniti again, because of "Infiniti of Englewood"

  • Worst dealership experience

1 out of 5 starsby lovecars on 11/26/2016

They will lie on your face, check your paper work before signing up for anything. I was sold a car they dint have and then they lied to convince us to come to dealership just to lie more. Save your time and money. You don't want to be sold and stuck with it by such a dealership.

  • Very bad experience... Never again!

    1 out of 5 starsby Poino76 on 01/11/2016

The dealership overall is OK but if like me, you face any problem, you won't be able to reach anybody at the Sales or Finance dept. It's now been nearly 2 months that I had my deal turned down for credit reasons (and also because I am an Expat with a low credit history) and I still haven't received my deposit back. And naturally, it's very difficult to contact the person in charge. The line is either busy or the voice mail is full and if you leave a message, you will never be called back. On top of that, I was given different prices on the QX60 and that the one I chose was with full option to finally discover in the end that only 2 packages were included in the model offered whereas when I stepped in for the first time, the price given were for a truck fully loaded (all 4 packages)! I think you need to stay away from this dealership.

  • Dealer’s negligence caused financial nightmare for us

    1 out of 5 starsby Gofman32 on 03/13/2015
    updated 04/23/2015

I ‘ve met with sales manager Taz at the beginning of the February 2015 in the dealership to discuss a problem my wife got because of the obvious negligence from the dealer. Briefly the dealership allowed our relative to terminate existing lease for FX and open another lease for JX for my wife’s name without her being present or even knowing about it. It’s ridiculous case. No one can get $50 from bank teller without ID however the dealership let another person get $50,000 car for my wife’s name even without asking person’s ID. We know for sure that our relative didn’t use any fake ID. Dealer even didn’t ask for any ID. Thus, we don’t have a car but have financial obligation for this car. When I brought this issue to Taz he replied that we have no choice but to pay $700 a month lease for the car we even do not have or drive. He even refused to discuss further how the his dealership processed this lease for my wife’s name even without verifying who is who. He never returned any calls we left with secretary and his mail box was always full from angry customers. If you want to get in big financial trouble go to Infiniti of Englewood. Taz is the person that doesn’t care about you but only about making his commission. Look at the rating for this dealer on the Internet. It’s lower than 3. That’s how customers vote.
  • Dishonest salespeople put you in financial trouble.

    1 out of 5 starsby i_z on 03/20/2015

I leased couple cars before on my name at Infiniti of Englewood so they knew who I am. In May 2011 I signed a new lease for Infiniti FX for 40 months. My daughter drove this car and she paid all lease payments and car insurance. On May 2013 my daughter stopped at Infiniti of Englewood for car maintenance. Sales person approached her and offered to get a newer car. This assumed termination of existing lease for Infiniti FX and starting a new lease for Infiniti JX. He ignored the fact that lease was on my name and I wasn't present there at that moment. Thus, they terminated lease for FX and started a new lease for another 40 months for Infiniti JX on my name. I couldn't imagine that such reputable business like Infiniti of Englewood could make both transactions on my name without me signing all the documents. My daughter lives in Las Vegas and drove Infiniti JX there. I was under assumption that my original lease for Infiniti FX will expire at the end of 2014. So it was a big surprise for me when I learned about what happened only in January 2015 when I got copy of the lease from Infiniti Financial. From the document I learned that it was not a car I originally leased and all signatures were not mine. As soon as I got documents from Infiniti Financial my husband and I visited the dealership in Englewood, NJ. We had an appointment on Saturday, Jan, 31 with Taz Abousamak (sales manager) email: [Email & Phone contact removed]. We provided him all the documents we had about this case. We asked him how it could happened that dealership let a young girl to sign a lease agreement, pass verification and financial check, and get brand new $50,000 luxury car on my name and leave dealership. He couldn't explain how this weird situation happened but he stated that I'm still responsible for the car payments until the end of the lease. He also guessed that our daughter used fake driver's license. In reality you cannot get $50 cash from the bank teller without ID, but Infiniti of Englewood let take $50,000 car to a person without asking any ID plus they knew that she is not me and processed important financial documents on my name without me being present there. This case would never happened if they follow regulations that required ID check and verification. They actually made me legally and financially responsible for this expensive car against my will as a customer. Obliviously the dealership doesn't want to cooperate even to discuss the case. We never heard from them again. Nobody contacted us from dealership about our matter. Moreover, they referred us to their lawyer Mr. David Carmel who also doesn't respond to us. They made me responsible for significant extra monthly payments for the car for long period of time. That fact that they put me in financial trouble without my knowledge or will is obvious but they still refuse to help to resolve this case. Do not even think to go there. Dishonest salespeople put you in financial trouble.
  • DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

    1 out of 5 starsby FedUp001 on 12/16/2014

I wish it was possible to give a zero for the rating! To highlight some of the issues since purchasing a vehicle from Infiniti of Englewood. 1. I was overcharged for my registration and tile fees. 2. Most recently found out my car was never registered, nor was the title sent to the lienholder although it was purchased 5/14. 3. I was sold a $3k warranty when my car was still eligible for a free warranty. 4. I had problems with the car not even 60 days after purchasing. My car repairs still haven’t been paid for by Infiniti even though they authorized the repairs. 5. I have been in a rental car since 8/14. I now have a lawsuit pending again them. Take my advice and stay clear of this dealership!!!
  • INFINITI OF ENGLEWOOD IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!

    1 out of 5 starsby ghirardelli33 on 11/13/2014

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM INFINITI OF ENGLEWOOD AS YOU CAN!Every department in this place is a disaster…from internet sales to sales to the finance department to the service dept.…they are all terrible to deal with!I saw the car that I wanted online. The Internet Sales Manager told me that he had the car in stock & would have it @ the dealership for me @ 4pm when I arrived. When I arrived at the dealership @ 4pm,the car was nowhere to be found.I was then thrown to a regular sales person & we had to go searching for the car.The car should have been in a lot that Infiniti shares w/Nissan in another town.We needed to stop @ the Nissan dealer to pick up keys in case WE needed to move the cars around to get to the car that I wanted. The sales person went inside the Nissan dealer & comes out w/the entire pegboard of keys (literally 50 keys)!Needless to say,the car wasn’t at that location. We then proceeded to try to find the car by driving passed the service dept. lot,a parking garage, & finally a piano store parking lot. After driving around w/the sales person through 2-3 towns & going to five separate locations to find the car, they finally found the car in a parking lot of a piano store!By the time they finally found the car, it was already nighttime so I couldn’t see a thing. The salesman then drove me to an Exxon station down the street so that I could see the car in “better” light(I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see certain parts of the car)! After negotiating, there were two items that Infiniti was going to fix…the scratched rim & the scratched bumper.I was told that I could pick up the car on a Monday (I purchased it on a Wednesday). What a surprise, the car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday.Wednesday came & I asked the sales person @ least 5 times if the car was ready & he said yes.I told him to have the car at the dealership for 4PM.I arrived at 4:30PM & not only was the car not there, but neither was the salesman. The salesman finally showed up w/the car 45 minutes after it was supposed to be there. What a surprise, the scratch was never touched up.I was told by the salesman that he had the touch up paint for me(for ME to touch up the scratch MYSELF)but that someone had stolen it.He then told me to go to another Infiniti dealer to buy the paint so I could touch up the scratch MYSELF & that he would cut me a check! The salesman also told me that he was able to get an extra key. While I was waiting in the showroom,he asked me for the key, which I gave him.He went outside & came back in & asked me for the other key, which I gave him. After I got home,I realized that the extra key that he gave me didn’t work b/c it wasn’t for my car!Neither the key nor the key fob was for my car!The salesman knew when I was @ the dealership that the key didn’t work but yet he still gave it to me & didn’t say one word that it didn’t work.I called him & told him about the key not working & he said that he didn’t want me to leave the dealership with that key.If that was the case, why did he give it to me & let me leave with it!! As if all of that wasn’t bad enough, then I had to deal w/the finance guy.I had a bank check already made out to Infiniti of Englewood per the salesman instructions, but I was told by the finance manager that they would prefer that I pay that money to the bank this way Infiniti can make their money. So I told the finance guy why would I want to do this if my monthly payments would be less if I gave Infiniti the check. He then THREATENED me by saying that he wouldn’t sell me the car if I didn’t do it his way or if he did sell me the car,he was going to sell it to me for list price rather than what the salesman and I agreed upon.So I had to put down an amount that the FINANCE GUY SPECIFIED & then finance the rest otherwise he wouldn't have sold me the car or he would have sold it to me for thousands of dollars more than what was already agreed upon. Then the salesman that I was dealing with said that he would get me a correct key.I specifically told him numerous times that I needed a key fob & a key. After trying to contact the salesman,I called the Sales Manager & of course he didn’t answer his phone & his voicemail was full.So I hung up & called back & spoke to the receptionist…she paged him twice & he didn’t answer either page.So I left my number for him to return my call & he never did.I was able to get in contact w/the salesman that I was dealing with so I asked him if he would be at the dealership that Saturday & he told me yes.I specifically told him to have the key fob & KEY ready for me when I got there. When I arrive there, the salesman had the key fob & proceeded to tell me that the key in the key fob doesn’t work for my vehicle. So I asked him why not & he said, “They wont let me cut you a key.”So they will allow him to give me a key fob that’s worth hundreds of dollars but they won’t allow him to cut a key for me for $23?Makes no sense at all but after all that I have gone through with this dealership,it didn’t surprise me.I was then told by the salesman to go FOUR lights & make a left to go to the service dept. to have the key fob programmed & a key cut.So I drove through the 4 lights & made a left; there was no service dept.I then looked up the address for the service dept. & put it in my navigation system.Turns out that the service dept. was actually FIVE lights from the dealership, not four. Once I finally arrived @ the service dept., they programmed the key fob & cut the key.I was told by the service advisor that my car was washed & was out front.I went to check out & the cashier then told me that it would be another 10 mins b/c they were still washing my car.I gave her the $23 & her walkie-talkie went off…they told her that my car was already washed & it was out front waiting for me.I go outside & my car was waiting there for me, but it was never washed. Stay as far away from Infiniti of Englewood as you can…as you can see, every department in that place is terrible & their customer service is non-existent!They give you excuse, after excuse, after excuse & they are the most unorganized dealer(or any place of business)that I have ever seen.If this wasn’t the exact car that I wanted,I never would have bought it from there.I would NEVER recommend that anyone buy a car from this place or have your car serviced there unless you want to have a bunch of headaches.
  • poor customer service

1 out of 5 starsby nanciemark on 08/12/2014

Good luck getting any customer service from this dealership. Won't return phone calls or emails or deliver a key to the care that was sitting on the sales person's desk! Simple request, simple solution...mail the key...no response for more than 2 months.....Ridiculous and embarrassing for Infiniti.
  • [violative content deleted]! Does not honor prices at all!! Do not even waste your time!

1.3 out of 5 starsby milanmehta on 12/25/2009

I was asking for the price of a 2010 Infiniti EX35 online and was contacted by one of their sales representatives, Eddie Ham. They quoted a very good price and went all the way until I had signed the contract. They took down my credit card information and deposit - but had secretly changed the price from what they had told me. I realized, only afterwards that they had increased the price drastically from what they had quoted online. I had an e-mail from the salesmen but they refused to honor that price, and instead had a different price in the contract which they gave me. When I took a closer look, I realized that they had double charged the destination fees, in hopes that I would overlook this portion of the bill. Basically, there is no point in dealing with this dealership as they will use a low price to bait you in and when you think you are going to get a good deal - it all changes at the end.
  • Great Deal and Pleasant Experience

    5 out of 5 starsby gbt6146 on 11/05/2009

I did my research and know what I am going to get (G37X, Premium,Navigation, etc). We (Internet sales manager and me) exchanged about 4 emails. When I finally offered my price and he agreed. I was at the showroom the next day, the sale associate showed me the car that we discussed, I checked around the car and we went back to his desk preparing the paper work. I was at the show room under 20 minutes. I went back on the next day to pick up my car, they did a great job on detailing the car (wax and clean in and out). Sale associate spent 10 minutes going over the car's gadgets. Back inside to the business manager and paid for the car, he offered some Infiniti services (that is part of his job), no pressure on his part, it is your choice to get it. I did not get any. I walked out the office, said good bye to the internet sale manager and the sale associate, and drove home with my beautiful car. The whole buying process took under one hour (20 minutes checking the car+ 25 minutes pick-up the car). My experience with Infinti od Englewood is that they are very professional, honest and no game playing . They did follow up on me several times after I bought the car. You might get a good deal if you ask.
  • Buyer BEWARE

1 out of 5 starsby lamedima on 09/11/2009

So I wanted to buy a Bday gift for my dad's 60th. I went to the Infiniti of Englewood dealership 2 months in advance and worked out the deal. I would do all of the paperwork, but the vehicle would be registered to my dad. Also, I asked if I could pick up the car a couple of days before the birthday. They said no problem and I signed all of the paperwork and overall had a very pleasant experience. Little did I know.... Because I had time, I added some customization to the car, therefore they didnt have it at their lot. They needed to get the vehicle, understandable, but I had time. It took a month for them to get the vehicle. They called me up and I came in to look at it. I took pictures and was very ecstatic. I asked again if I could pick it up in a couple of weeks and meanwhile would take care of the insurance and payments. No Problem. A week prior to pick up, I talk to the rep, and she tells me there is some info she needs to give to insurance company, but she'll take care of that. She also gives me their bank info. I touch base with her a couple of days later and we agree on the day/time to pick up the car. I talk to her several times a day each day for 3 days prior to the pick up date. Finally, the day of pick up is here. I go to the dealership and BAM. THEY DONT HAVE MY CAR, instead THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!! [violative content deleted]!!!!!! The car that I purchase was sold!!! It took them 3 hours to tell me that the car was sold!!!! Came up with various excuses. Everyone from the sales rep to manager to gen manager of the dealership were " Oh we are sorry. I wonder how this could have happened..." How does that help me?? They told me that not a single dealership had the car that I requested or anything close. Further, they refused to give me the money I paid as deposit for the car stating that they did nothing wrong. Only when I took them to court did they promptly gave the deposit back. That same day I called up 3 dealerships in the vicinity. All said they had the same car I was looking for. I went to [another dealership] and bought the same car I was looking for the same day for less money. Please take my word for it, avoid this dealership at all costs!!! They are all [violative content deleted] looking to scam you.
  • Great Experience!

5 out of 5 starsby guitargman on 08/22/2009

The sales crew over there did a great job with my sale. I started out with some emails back and forth. When i went in, there was no pressure tactics at all and they went out of thier way to make sure the cars i wanted to test drive were ready when i arrived. It was one of the best car buying experiences i've had. Talk to Eddie or Jeremy. These guys are great no nonsense salemen.
  • Pathetic Experience

1.5 out of 5 starsby heyDuh on 12/14/2008

Called and then visited the dealership. Was told that there are a few people ahead of us. Fair enough. We waited, and waited and waited and waited... 45 mins and no one offered us a chair to sit on or a coffee. We ultimately sat in one of the cars on the floor. I saw sales people milling around and none were interested in talking to us. what a waste of time. I should have read these forums before. Oh and we overheard some other folks chatting. It seems that they have teaser prices on their website to attract buyers but once you get there, the car is gone...magic!!. Apparently their post-sales service is worse than pre-sales. In tough markets such as these, i expect decent treatment if not better. [another dealership] offered to bring the car to our house for a test-drive.

Was quoted a firm lease price for a particular car via e mail. Got to the dealer and found they never had the color and equipment they promised and, in addition, would not honor the price quoted. I walked out after 5 minutes and would never go back. I have been buying and leasing cars for business and personal use for over 35 years. This experience ranks among the worst I have ever experienced. I am surprised that Infiniti allows these bait and switch practices to continue. Car dealers overall are not the most pleasant people to deal with but Englewood far exceeded even my low expectations. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I had a poor experience at the Inifiti of Englewood dealership. They did not honor the price of the vehicle they quoted me on the phone and tried to charge me a "destination charge." I caught him in a lie about the number of cars he had in stock. In the end, I did not buy from them. They are your stereotypical [violative content deleted] car salesmen.

  • Classic car salesmen, sterotypical [violative content deleted]

2 out of 5 starsby grandzu on 07/28/2007

I worked out a lease number with the salesman, manager come in at the end and says that number never existed. Makes the salesperson look foolish and wastes everyone's time. I've spoken with friends afterward that had the same experience. Sales manager there is typical sales manager that you think would not be in a luxury brand salesroom. Now I realize why they have the most inventory. They still have 05 stilling around. Manager would be right at home in a used car lot.

I was offered an early termination on my lease of a G37x. All conversations were by phone or email. I was assured that the new G37x had every feature as my current G37x. After I signed all the docs and we went to get the new car, the salesman said he forgot to tell me that a few things are not on the new car such as the built in hard drive to record all of my cd's. Very cool feature. Worse yet, the salesman George T. inspected the vehicle and said I was good to go. He never mentioned another inspection would be necessary. Thinking I was all set I accepted the lack of the hard drive and drove away. One week later I get a bill for over $1000 from Infiniti for damages. I contacted George T, my salesman, who denied everything. I spoke with the manager one time and he promised to call me back. They will not take my calls nor call me back. STAY AWAY as this dealer is dishonest and does not value their customers.
