From first contact when Nathan called us after we enquired online, to stopping in for our first test drive, Nathan was professional, very knowledgeable, and never pushy. He knew all the details and features of the vehicles we looked at (which was very impressive) and most importantly, never made us feel like this was a transaction, but an experience. We found the perfect vehicle at a competitor dealership but were so set on working with Nathan that he found a way to get us the vehicle, and worked it down to be in our price range. We will recommend Nathan to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle and hope to work with him again!

    My first visit to GMC Henderson was not very pleasant and not welcoming. I requested for a shuttle and my service advisor said they have no way of sending me back and directed me to wait for my ride home in a cold steel chair instead of waiting in the lounge. The driver to take me home talk to me in from a distance with the noise of the engine . I felt no respect at all for the treatment I got. Remember I bought a vehicle from GMC worth $100,000.

    Had an appointment for an oil change. Pulled up and was greeted right away. Told Asante what was needed and he accepted my coupon. He was very patient with me. I waited in the lounge and less than 2 hrs. later, it was finished. They checked out everything that could have been needed and found nothing else. What a surprise. Usually car service places find “something “. I paid, and out I went. My car was even washed. Super friendly and super efficient.

    Was extremely pleased that Autonation’s manager covered the cost of a fuel line problem I had with a used car I bought from them. The rest of the car was perfect and now that it’s fixed I can enjoy my purchase

    I am a local real estate broker and I do not have time for games, up-sales, and baloney. This crew was extremely efficient and professional otherwise I would have walked out. From the salesperson to the manager to the finance dept, the whole staff at AutoNation was perfect. They were completely honest, direct, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. There is nothing more I could ask for in a dealership. I purchased a new car and drove out of there within 2 hours without any headaches, sales pitches, pressure, or problems.     I was recently on a weekend trip in California when I noticed my oil life was down to 7%. By the time I returned home, the oil life as down to 1%. I called the Henderson Buick GMC and they were able to get me in the next day. There were two safety recalls and she was able to schedule those for the same time. Jose was my service rep and he was friendly and efficient. He quoted me two hours for the service, but the vehicle was ready in one hour! The whole experience was great.

    I went in for a simple oil change on my 2010 GMC 1500. I was suppose to have a appointment with Denise. One of the other service guys told me she was finishing something up and would be right with me. After the same Service writer came back again and told me the same thing. Finally 25 minutes later another service writer came out and said he would take care of me because Denise was still busy. After two hours I went and looked for my truck and found it in the lot. I finally found someone and they said the service writer was just finishing my paperwork. I will not go back to your facility again.

    I just recently had my very 1st oil change in my new car I purchased from GMC Buick Henderson. Was very pleased that I could make a appointment, Jose the service was advisor was friendly. Plus they even rotated my tires and "Hand Washed" my car at no extra charge. Great job by everyone involved in a timely fashion. So yes I will be going back again in the future. Just Saying great job !!!

    Jose Torres provided the best service for my vehicle repairs! He made my experience the best I've had. I had no idea how VPP insurance worked and he made sure I understood and was taken care of!!! I totally recommend Jose and this dealership!

    If it wasn’t for Jose and his excellent customer service I would probably not give a 5 star rating. I have had several issues with my vehicle that I purchased new and Jose has always had great communication with me. He is a major asset to the Autonation Team.

    We are not from this area and wasn't sure how long it would take us to get to your dealership so we left early. We arrived almost an hour be our scheduled appointment and an advisor started checking us in until Alyssa arrived and then she finished checking us in. She had Jesse give us a ride so we could eat breakfast. Jesse also came back and picked us up. He did an excellent job keeping us entertained both directions. All employees were courteous to everyone in the waiting lounge also.

    Made appointment to have recall work completed...overhead airbags in my GMC. Work apparently completed but must have called in a service person from the oil change bay to complete as my truck was returned to me with greasy fingerprints and smudges all over the otherwise perfect top interior. Had to schedule and return to GMC to have cleaned which was done to my satisfaction. Then, after a few days my wife also rode with me and discovered the passenger seatbelt does not work as normal. After looking at it I discovered it is missing at least one part...there may be more which is impacting proper operation. I am currently busy with holiday activities but after the holidays I will once again have to take time out of my day to return to GMC to have the issue corrected in a manner which should have been taken care of at the first visit. This is not what I expected from a service visit at GMC.

  • EASY!! No pressure and fast!!

    This was the fastest easiest car buying experience I’ve EVER had. No haggling, no pressure, no messing with the numbers. The price is it. They don’t add on a reconditioning fees, alarm fees, paint protection fees, or nitrogen fees, like other dealerships do. I had previously found a jeep Cherokee latitude at Prestige in Centennial Center on the north end of town . During the LONG process of trying to agree on a number we ended up not getting it. They wanted to add on a $1595 reconditioning fee (in which we had a trade in and they were taking $600 off the price they were giving me for the car to recondition the car before sale so they charge that fee twice), a $1000 alarm fee (for an alarm that came with the vehicle), and a $800 paint protection fee (for a used vehicle that already had rock chips). They absolutely would not remove those fees. So we decided to look elsewhere and came across Auto Nation Buick. Nathan Babb was our car salesman and he was very helpful with absolutely no pressure. They had this fully loaded 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited with less miles and more upgrades and it was in much better condition. It was such a fast process with absolutely no haggling (not even from the from the finance guy trying to talk us into extra plans to add onto our loan). They were all very professional and accommodating. No tricks with the numbers, no “let me go check with my guy”, no “tell me what you want and I’ll fight for you”. That is what we received from other dealerships namely Prestige. The process was so fast that the paperwork was done and we were through finance with Derek Metoyer (great guy) before the vehicle was even finished being prepped and gassed for us. I highly recommend Auto Nation. I will definitely use them in the future.
