Dealership Service Review
Made appointment to have recall work completed...overhead airbags in my GMC. Work apparently completed but must have called in a service person from the oil change bay to complete as my truck was returned to me with greasy fingerprints and smudges all over the otherwise perfect top interior. Had to schedule and return to GMC to have cleaned which was done to my satisfaction. Then, after a few days my wife also rode with me and discovered the passenger seatbelt does not work as normal. After looking at it I discovered it is missing at least one part...there may be more which is impacting proper operation. I am currently busy with holiday activities but after the holidays I will once again have to take time out of my day to return to GMC to have the issue corrected in a manner which should have been taken care of at the first visit. This is not what I expected from a service visit at GMC.
