  • Shady deal

    it was shady. When I brought my vehicle in I told the tech it was throwing 2 transmission codes and told him the codes. I also stated I wanted an oil change. They took my vehicle out on the highway that is a 70 mile per hour highway and drove it and said they almost got stranded!!! Why would you drive a vehicle throwing 2 transmission codes out on a highway like that instead of dropping the pan first I don't understand unless you were trying to trash the transmission. I 100% believe it was a stuck sensor and they made sure I had to get a new transmission. They didn't do the oil change, they didn't call back when they said they would. They tried to charge me a torch converter separately when it should of been included in the transmission price. All in all it was shady and when they did drop the pan and sent pictures there wasn't metal chunks. it had some shavings like they all had so there wasn't complete failure.They couldn't honestly respond to question and the tech couldn't be found when I did come pick my car up. all in all, I honestly feel like they knew I needed my car and that I would have to pay to get it back. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there and I will try my best to get people to avoid you at all costs. This was a disaster and I feel like you have at least 2 people there cheating customers to upsale and I really feel like the whole ordeal was shady.

    Diagnosed the problem. Notified me what the problem was. Told me what it would cost to fix. Had it ready to go 30 minutes early. Best job they have done for me.

  • Pay attention

    I don't like the unwillingness to help a customer who spends a lot of money in the service department. When in a rental pay attention to your surroundings it could cost you money!!!

    My Service Advisor, Rachael Romaine, was friendly from the moment I opened my car door. Rachael inquired about my problem and then told me what the process would be. When the evaluation was completed Rachael went over what needed to be done and why with me, informing me of the estimate. After I gave my consent for the work, knowing it was going to take several hours she arranged for a shuttle to transport me to my home and return to pick me up when my car was ready The driver, Bob, was courteous and a safe driver. The young woman who handled the billing and my payment was courteous, efficient and friendly. My experience at Sapaugh was good and I know the work was done expertly.

    This was a better experience than my first visit for service. I was just a little taken back by being approached to have a procedure done for over $100 that is not covered under my warranty. Have not had the car a year yet with less than 15,000 miles and I need to improve my gas economy?! I thought that was why I bought this car in the first place. Never had anything like an expense suggested by my second visit to a service department with a new car. Disappointed! If this is a necessity then why is it not covered under warranty?

    I brought my truck in because the Tcm module went out. The day after I picked it up def system screwed up like all 2011 silverado and I need a new def tank. I have 88000 miles on this vehicle and this was s the fourth time something has broke. As far as your service you guys have been great. As a chevy dealership you should voice the complaints of your customers to gm. It is ridiculous the problems I have had with this chevy.

Dave understands what a true customer experience is all about. Dave makes sure that things always run smoothly and always is putting the customer ahead of his own agenda. Another tip of the cap goes to Mr. Daniel Francis. Dan is a true World Class technician who understands todays automobile. Dan is a true professional in every sense.     My entire experience with the service department at Sapaugh was most certainly a most pleasant one! As always, Sapaugh's staff is the BEST anywhere. I would never trust my car to anyone else. Mr. Dan Francis demonstates why he has achieved the most highly coveted World Class status! Mr. Francis always gives every vehicle the highest quality of care. Mr. Francis is a true professional. I also had the great opportunity in working with Zach Vernon when I arrived. He greated me with enthusiasm and courtesy. Zach kept me informed every step of the way.     My car was hit and was in the body shop. Every single person was amazing and helpful. I feel as if Shane really went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience. Brittany was also quite helpful when Shane was unavailable. I did not originally purchase my Traverse from Sapaugh (another dealership is closer to my house in Arnold). However, based on this experience, I will ONLY be dealing with Sapaugh for all my auto needs. My son just recently purchased his first car and we did that at Sapaugh and are very glad we have switched. I have so much more wonderful things to say, [contact info removed].
