onMy Service Advisor, Rachael Romaine, was friendly from the moment I opened my car door. Rachael inquired about my problem and then told me what the process would be. When the evaluation was completed Rachael went over what needed to be done and why with me, informing me of the estimate. After I gave my consent for the work, knowing it was going to take several hours she arranged for a shuttle to transport me to my home and return to pick me up when my car was ready The driver, Bob, was courteous and a safe driver. The young woman who handled the billing and my payment was courteous, efficient and friendly. My experience at Sapaugh was good and I know the work was done expertly.
