My car was hit and was in the body shop. Every single person was amazing and helpful. I feel as if Shane really went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience. Brittany was also quite helpful when Shane was unavailable. I did not originally purchase my Traverse from Sapaugh (another dealership is closer to my house in Arnold). However, based on this experience, I will ONLY be dealing with Sapaugh for all my auto needs. My son just recently purchased his first car and we did that at Sapaugh and are very glad we have switched. I have so much more wonderful things to say, [contact info removed].
