My entire experience with the service department at Sapaugh was most certainly a most pleasant one! As always, Sapaugh's staff is the BEST anywhere. I would never trust my car to anyone else. Mr. Dan Francis demonstates why he has achieved the most highly coveted World Class status! Mr. Francis always gives every vehicle the highest quality of care. Mr. Francis is a true professional. I also had the great opportunity in working with Zach Vernon when I arrived. He greated me with enthusiasm and courtesy. Zach kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you Mr. Sapaugh for having such a great team!
