The facility was clean, all personnel were in casual business attire and Jerry was… friendly and put us at ease. Jerry knew the car we were interested in and was ready to help in any way. I had visited 6 other agencies, so feel I can honestly say that this was one of my best experiences to buy a car.Sapaugh buying experience
by KansasCity on 12/19/2014I was looking for a particular 2014 Lacrosse -- and couldn't find one in the Kansas City area. I found one a Sapaugh -- and called and talked to Kevin Stanfill. We exchanged a couple of emails and Kevin was able to make an offer that was… in line with what I had hoped for. So we drove to Sapaugh (about 250 miles) -- drove the car and made the purchase decision. Kevin was very prepared and made it an easy transaction for us. At the last minute -- just a day before leaving for St. Louis -- another dealership in St. Louis let us know that a car that had initially been our first choice was again available (had been sold?). We weren't sure what we would decide but after looking at both cars and visiting both dealerships -- we chose the Sapaugh car -- Kevin continued to work with us and the Sapaugh car ended up being our choice. The car at Sapaugh (and Price) had a lot to do with the decision -- but the treatment by Kevin also really stood out as compared to the other dealershipExperience at Sapaugh GM Country

Zach kept me informed during the entire visit and Dan Francis continues to demonstrate what "WORLD… CLASS" service is all about. Dan recommended some safety issues that were in need of attention and completed the work in a very timely mannor. General Motors and Sapaugh are most fortunate in having Dan, Zach and the rest of the award winning world class service team!Happy Lady

Always have been treated with respect. Waited about 1.5 hours, but the place was packed. I… think it helped that I had made an appt online - which I also like very much. I like your "waiting" area too. I sat in the showroom and knitted on Christmas presents while drinking soda and eating popcorn. Can't get much better than that!2013 silverado

Gary explained the features and controls of my GMC Sierra Denali with exactness, and explained all of the features very clearly and concisely. Gary Nestor and Joe Clemens have teamed up to deliver quality that seems to just come natural at Sapaugh GM Country. This is the third vehicle in three months that I have either purchased or selected for purchase for our company, at Sapaugh GM. I will definitely be back for more. I don't get that cause you always have it all day. This last time you cAlled my husband… at 2pm to tell him it was ready for pickup well we didn't get it til 530. Service man goes sorry didn't have time. I'm getting alittle upset with that line. That's part of the service is it not???? Otherwise everything else is great.
