I really liked being able to communicate on line prior to my visit. I received a personal call from Jerry prior to our visit. Jerry met us at the door. The facility was clean, all personnel were in casual business attire and Jerry was friendly and put us at ease. Jerry knew the car we were interested in and was ready to help in any way. I had visited 6 other agencies, so feel I can honestly say that this was one of my best experiences to buy a car.
