Car wash after servicing my car

One thing that hasn't happened is that you guys never seem to get a chance to wash my car. The service man always says sorry we just didn't have time. I don't get that cause you always have it all day. This last time you cAlled my husband at 2pm to tell him it was ready for pickup well we didn't get it til 530. Service man goes sorry didn't have time. I'm getting alittle upset with that line. That's part of the service is it not???? Otherwise everything else is great.
