by edf45 on 09/25/2014service is always good at sapaugh, but the recall on my camero for the key was ridicules If I would have known what they were going to do I would not have had it done. I would prefer to have my key the way it was. I am totally disappointed… in the recall.Sapaugh a good place

by applejam on 09/10/2014Had a good experience when I stopped by to tell them about my car over heating on the hi-way on Tuesday September 2nd after being without a car since Sunday afternoon. They said no problem they would sent someone after it. I called to see… how things was going that afternoon they hadn't got a chance to look at it told them I needed a car to drive the lady on the phone said there wasn't any loner cars at that time. After insisting I needed one they got one from enterprise other then that was a great experience keep up the good work!Car repair

I called back and spoke to the person who picked up saying I have a message for the person at extension XXXX (don't recall). I was told… XXXX was on the phone but would call me right back. Late afternoon I had not heard back so I called again to XXXX. She reported that she had not received my message. The car was on its way back to me, so the work items will have to be done next time.Amazing
