Dealership Sales Review
I was looking for a particular 2014 Lacrosse -- and couldn't find one in the Kansas City area. I found one a Sapaugh -- and called and talked to Kevin Stanfill. We exchanged a couple of emails and Kevin was able to make an offer that was in line with what I had hoped for. So we drove to Sapaugh (about 250 miles) -- drove the car and made the purchase decision. Kevin was very prepared and made it an easy transaction for us. At the last minute -- just a day before leaving for St. Louis -- another dealership in St. Louis let us know that a car that had initially been our first choice was again available (had been sold?). We weren't sure what we would decide but after looking at both cars and visiting both dealerships -- we chose the Sapaugh car -- Kevin continued to work with us and the Sapaugh car ended up being our choice. The car at Sapaugh (and Price) had a lot to do with the decision -- but the treatment by Kevin also really stood out as compared to the other dealership
