I came in for a state emission test and the recall on my ignition keys. Your people are always great. Asked if I was having any other trouble. Always have been treated with respect. Waited about 1.5 hours, but the place was packed. I think it helped that I had made an appt online - which I also like very much. I like your "waiting" area too. I sat in the showroom and knitted on Christmas presents while drinking soda and eating popcorn. Can't get much better than that!
