Nice dealership
by redisla on 06/26/2014Husband and I went "window shopping" for this particular Volvo. Every one we met was courteous and friendly. Loved the test drive. We just could not purchase the vehicle we wanted. But, do reccomend it if any one is interested in a Volvo.Volvo Service

Plus she is great with helping me find deals/coupons for the work since the dealer, as expected, is expensive! I don't always trust the other service… guys. One of them told me I needed a $1000 repair and he could tell this just from the sound of my engine while he was replacing a lightbulb. It's very annoying when men in this business treat women like they have no brain.Great experience with Kline Volvo and John R.

When it came time to replace that car (after nearly 12 years), I found Kline Volvo in Maplewood, MN, and was fortunate to work with John R. I knew I wanted a new car at… some point. John helped me find the right model at a price that worked for my budget. Since I live 2.5 hours from the Twin Cities, I needed to spend a little more time on the phone and asking questions. But John and the staff at Kline were warm, welcoming and helpful. I have thought throughout that I made the right choice with Kline and John. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.Experts on disrespect

I had the WORST experience with these people (I could HEAR the "WOO WOO WOO" from… outside the office as I approached) and will never return ... have told everyone I know about this ... AVOID THIS ****** PLACE AND GO TO POQUET AUTO in Golden Valley. They will treat you like GOLD!I had a similar experience, and felt like they were trying to trick me somehow and felt disrespected. I was really angry. I don't know if they would have treated a man this way.
Great cars, even greater sales staff

Where other car makers/dealers will give you the upfront sales pitch and then try to sell you… either something else or more than you want, the sales staff (Karleen and Melissa) at Kline Volvo will help you find the car that you want and will not try to nickel and dime you with extras that seem like a good deal. They will follow through and fix any issue you may have until you are completely satisfied. Moreover, I was especially impressed by their communication through the whole process; there was no pestering to buy after I initially told them that I was not ready to purchase. They gave me the service and attention that all dealerships should aspire to have. Thank you, and continue the excellent work!Excellent Dealership

The sales person, Peter Carlson, was knowledgable, answered my questions, explained all the options, was respectful and never pushed for a sales. I have… owned 2 Volvos previously and have had good experiences with those automobiles. I received a reasonable trade-in for my Lexus RX. Peter and the dealership staff have been very helpful and courteous. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealer.Agree with other previous review

Since my purchase in July 2012, I have always received world class customer services from her. The deliver of the new vehicle is a great smooth transactions. She had the car… beautifully ready in every details. She even proactively filled-out the rebate forms for all our accessories purchases without us asking her to do so. Some of the rebates we don't know about until getting a rebate check then we found out she did it for us at the time of purchasing the goods. I have worked with people from all walks of life and experiends hundred thousands customer services but none come close to Amillie's excellent service. Her exceptional personality and her professional services lead her to be the best in world class customer service. I strongly recommend you to ask for Amillie on all your services needs. My loaner was ready as scheduled. My Volvo was attended to as promised. The car was in pristine… condition when I picked it up. My service adviser Bo and salesperson Karleen make a great team!
