Kline Volvo is a very professional establishment. They are eager to please, and this is exactly what they did with my recent new car purchase. Where other car makers/dealers will give you the upfront sales pitch and then try to sell you either something else or more than you want, the sales staff (Karleen and Melissa) at Kline Volvo will help you find the car that you want and will not try to nickel and dime you with extras that seem like a good deal. They will follow through and fix any issue you may have until you are completely satisfied. Moreover, I was especially impressed by their communication through the whole process; there was no pestering to buy after I initially told them that I was not ready to purchase.
