I always use Jody L. for Kline Volvo service. She treats me with respect and honesty. Plus she is great with helping me find deals/coupons for the work since the dealer, as expected, is expensive! I don't always trust the other service guys. One of them told me I needed a $1000 repair and he could tell this just from the sound of my engine while he was replacing a lightbulb. It's very annoying when men in this business treat women like they have no brain.
