I'd sure love to have someone from Kline write in and explain their policy and standards on respect. If you want the true sleazy experience, go to Kline! I had the WORST experience with these people (I could HEAR the "WOO WOO WOO" from outside the office as I approached) and will never return ... have told everyone I know about this ... AVOID THIS ****** PLACE AND GO TO POQUET AUTO in Golden Valley. They will treat you like GOLD!

I had a similar experience, and felt like they were trying to trick me somehow and felt disrespected. I was really angry. I don't know if they would have treated a man this way.
