Kline Volvo's service department treats me like a VIP. I made an appointment for service via E-mail with the salesperson who sold me my S60. My loaner was ready as scheduled. My Volvo was attended to as promised. The car was in pristine condition when I picked it up. My service adviser Bo and salesperson Karleen make a great team!
