    I was in need of a new car and went to a few places. A friend of mines recommened this car dealership, so I decided to go within 12 hours I had a new vehicle. The service was great and i recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

    I drove down from Sault Ste Marie to work with this dealership and the salesman (Darcy) who had helped me with my previous lease. I so appreciated the great customer service and ease with the whole transaction!

    I went in for a squeak and they couldnt her/find it however told me thre was another issue that needed to be addressed (not found a couple months earlier when in) I had the repair done in hope that contributed to the noise I was hearing. I was told everything in the area I was hearing the noise was sound. I did not hear the oise right away and figured the new part did help. However just recently (coupe months later) I am beginning to hear the noise again. because its happens intermittently I know they will not be able to diagnose the noise. I don't blame the dealership as they are on a schedule to service many others and although they did what they could am still a bit disappointed I am beginning to have the same issue repeat. All I can do is wait until it gets bad enough and hope its not something that will cause more harm by not being found out early enough. I will go back to Matick when the time comes because they are courteous and do their best to service all their customers in a timely manner. I do feel the service team at Matick are some of the Best and have a very difficult job in taking care of multiple customers at once. They do their best to accommodate the customers in offering transportation for those who cannot wait and try to make comfortable those who choose to wait and options of timeliness to make that decision.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which I purchased my new car. Everyone at Matick was so kind and accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about them; a most enjoyable experience.

    I had recently been in a car accident in my Ford Ranger and it was determined by my family that my truck was too light and not safe enough for me to continue driving it. I was nervous about buying a new vehicle and cars in general, assuming my car search was going to be long and painful. When we arrived at Matick my Father and I were instantly greeted by Ken Stevens. He was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and a great guy in general, so it made a dreaded experience really wonderful. He helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for a great deal and now I feel so much better about driving. I love my Equinox!! I also signed all my paperwork with Jamey and he was amazing to work with. He made sure I absolutely understood everything I was signing, never making me feel rushed or silly if I didn't understand something at first. Those two gentleman have made this former Ford Girl a Chevy Girl for life! My husband went back the following week to work with both of them to get his new car, too! We're looking forward to working with Ken and Jamey for years to come and will always recommend them to our friends and family members in need of a new vehicle.

    Had my van towed to the dealership for them to keep it two days charge me $100 to check it and tell me it was a fuse. Van alarm kept malfunctioning they had me take it to an alarm place they deal with for them to tell me $30 to rip out my alarm....Took it to a backyard mechanic for free he recommended me taking it to auto zone to have the battery checked and that is what it was. New battery from sams club all the issues resolved. I'm not pleased at all I wasted $100 at the dealership for noting when I could have purchased the battery there and not had to have wasted time and gas driving around on a wild goose chase. A battery!!!!!! All they did was took my money and sent me out the door they did not care the manager never called me back so no I'm not happy at all!!!!     I took my vehicle in for service to have my Andoid phone to hook up with my Vehicle , no every time i connect my phone to the truck it gives me a error message saying that i cannot connect a android phone to the vehicle. I feel I wasted my whole Saturday taking my truck in for service and nothing was accomplished.

    I was very pleased with my sales person. Being a senior he was very patient and informative. He explained everything to me. I know of a couple of people who went to George Matick, they were also pleased with your service, which was one of the reason why I chose your dealership. I did look at a few online prices but yours was the best deal.

    I am very satisfied with my new 13 Malibu. I've had it for almost a month now and so far so good! My sales Rep Rodney did a great job. He was very patient as I was very indecisive on a car. I would totally recommend.

    I purchased my vehicle from Matick and have had all of my service performed at Matick. They have always been great to work with and have been more than accomodating to ensure that if needed transportation is provided. They are great with follow up. Best experience so far in all of the dealerships I have dealt with.

    I have never had so much trouble buying a new car in my life -and I have bought many. In particular there was a failure to return calls as promised and I had to make contact with a sales director in the end. I can now understand the issue but surely someone should have had the courtesy to return the promised calls and explain the situation, Once we had agreed to do business everything went fairly smoothly except for a last minute communication issue.

We've reviewed everything from the time you showed your interest to the failed efforts in calling you back promptly and agree that we dropped the ball. That said, we were able to quickly thereafter arrange everything for your to take advantage of our lower pricing and shipping logistics.     This is our first time leasing a car and We were very satisfied with their customer service. As soon as walked in Mr Darcy Johnson was able to accommodate us. We will definitely recommend this dealership and Mr Johnson.

    My salesman Greg Tyler was very pleasant and he helped me get my car extremely fast and has accepted all my calls after with all my questions. I would recommend the dealership and especially him to everyone I know. Brought my Chevy Traverse on 1/3/15!
